first time to visit clinic of dr james yeh for my 96 yr old mother, the doctor and the staffs are wonderful. i totally believe awesome comments in this review.

I have been coming to dr yeh for at least 3 years he is the best Ent ever he is a gift from God and a blessing to his patients Thank u dr Yeh u have been a blessing for me God bless you dr Yeh

I don't know about you I have never been made to answer so many questions Taking pictures of my insurance card telling me what the charge is to see him and the worst was making me give my credit card number just in case my insurance doesn't cover the office visit he must be a money hungry doctor I decided I dont want a doctor like him and found my self a better doctor

Dr. Yeh is always kind and detailed, giving instructions and listening to patient input attentively. Great doctor!

Staff was friendly, but the wait times weren't good. I came here because of veterans choice and I would not come here again. I allowed Dr Yeh to know personal bits of my history and the reason for wanting to go through with a procedure that two doctors suggested for me. Only Dr. Yeh said it wouldn't be beneficial and he suggested religion. This was completely unprofessional. Staff was friendly, but the wait times weren't good. Dr. Yeh was very compassionate, understanding, and caring. I went in with my grandfather with no appointment because he is 90 years old, blind, and was not able to get a full audiology evaluation because he had a build up of ear wax in one year. I went to Dr. Yeh's office and explained our situation and how we didn't want to wait to make a whole other appointment because it is very difficult for my grandfather. He overheard me speaking to his medical assistant and told me he would help us! They took us in after filling out paperwork andDr. Yeh was extremely attentive and helpful. Dr. Yeh put his heart toward his work and his patient.

Excellent open minded Christian doctor with ethics. Rare now a days. Patient and friendly. In third floor of Queen of the valley medical building next to hospital. Small comfy waiting room but doesn't overbook patients. Staff is very friendly and cheerful. Building visible from street. Hard to find or fit in to parking. Only a dozen handicap lots.
