Dr. James Turner Wright

Dr did not take the time to professionally examine and utilize the CT Scan for my son’s nose. First he looked casually at him and said his septum is straight. Then we told him to check the CT scan. He left the room and got lost?? Bc we had to track him down after we were being told to leave by his staff. Finally he came back only to admit his septum was deviated. What a fiasco. he seemed more interested in promoting his social media than taking care of his patient. Sooo disappointed!!!!! Sorry, but I just don’t trust his evaluation.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THE WAIT TIME IS VERY LONG!!

I've used Dr. Wright for two procedures..he didn't wait and try to fill me with antibiotics. Found problem, solved it. My life has changed..he was great..staff too!

he did a very bad job also he put me very bad pain I AM IN WORSE CONDITION THAN BEFORE WENT BACK MANY TIMESAND ALL HE WOULD SAY IS JUST COME BACK IN6 TO 8 WEEKS DID THAT 4 TIMES THEN THE OFFICE WOULD JUST LET ME WAIT OR SKIP OVER ME TOLD ME IT WOULD COST AROUND $7500 THEY CHARGED MY INSURANCE OVER $20,OOO HE SHOULD GO BY WRONG DOCTER WRONG OR DR. QUACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had deviated septum correction as well as balloon Sinuplasty months ago. I made sure to follow after surgery instructions as per MD. I no longer have to use my CPAP machine, and I don't breathe through my mouth when asleep. No more dry mouth or rotting teeth related to dry mouth. This ENT doctor is top notch in my opinion. The surgeries have been life changing and, I believe life saving as well. If you are suffering from sinus problems, don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. James Wright. I can't believe how good my life is now.

I found Dr. Wright to be unprofessional and disrespectful. He used “colorful” language freely in front of my wife and me as well as his staff. He did not actually treat me as I walked out. He MAY be a very good ENT but I believe there is a reason why he advertises on television.

Dr. Wright is extremely energetic and a straight shooter. I have been a sinus sufferer for years and my doctor referred me to him. His staff was so helpful and really got me in to see him the next day. I am free from sinus issues and HIGHLY recommend.

Very energetic and explains all medical diagnosis throughly. Friendly and helpful staff.

Do a google search on him and where he works (Valley ear, nose and throat specialists). Google maps has reviews. Read their reviews on there, I concur that they never answer their phones. Also, I waited 2 hours for an appointment I was on time for... I'm passed the 2 hour point at this moment. I'm on the verge of walking out. Thank god I don't live in McAllen to deal with places like this. DO NOT COME HERE. I recommend using healthgrades to read reviews from other ENT's in the area.
