Everything was great, very speedy!

William was so good he did alot more then the other ENT I have seen

I went in to discuss sudden hearing loss and my options. I was told to get a sleep study and come back in 2 months. The reason I went was not even on the table so to speak.

SO MANY MISTAKES!!! The office staff messed up my medical records, my appointment times and my pre-surgery requirements. There was ZERO communication between the office and my insurance company. After TWO scheduled and then cancelled surgeries, I am no further along now than where I started. Dr. Williams might as well have been a made up character. He was completely nonexistent! He didn’t even have the professionalism to speak to me at the hospital, after personally canceling my SECOND scheduled surgery. I’m talking admitted to the hospital, gown on, IV in my arm..... then complete cancellation. Not even a single word from him! I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional situation in my life. I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend Dr. Williams nor his staff. You will only regret it!

Dr. Williams knows what he is doing! Would recommend him to anyone who has allergies, ear issues or anything in that nature. I wished I knew of his talents years ago!

Such a fantastic place. Every person i came into contact with, treated me with so much compassion and respect. They fit me in on short notice and never once made me feel rushed. Very pleasant experience, will be returning for any future needs.

Worst experience ever! Place is a joke if they give you something you may want a second opinion. He knew I was allergic to medications and yet still gave it to me. WILL NEVER Ruturn or refer 2h waits or longer. Staff was great
