Dr. Tandy was straight to the point, and very informative about my problem, (No beating around the bush!) And his nurse was very helpful. She got me in to see the Doc quick! Thank ya'll both.

Was very unhelpful, talked down to me, and was not listening to my concerns. UPDATE: I contacted Ascension through their phone number provided in the comment and never received a call back. This is by far the worst medical group I have ever been to.

Dr Tandy was good he and the nurse were helpful and attentive. We checked in online, we let the front office know we were there and we were seen on time. Thanks for the punctuality it is a rarity in the medical profession. Ascension Providence and all major medical groups on the other hand need to loose the mask mandate. They don't work, they are a waste of time and energy for all involved. The only place you are required to where a mask anymore is when you go to a Dr affiliated with conglomerate medical companies. I don't understand these 1 a n 2-star reviews. Dr Tandy has always been great for me. Aire of superiority? I don't think so.

Dr Tandy is the worst doctor we have ever seen. He is very rude and condescending. I will never take my child there to see him again. He didn’t listen to my son or my husband. He was dismissive and spent less than 5 minutes in the room. I would not recommend him to anyone

Office personnel and nurses excellent. Dr. James R. Tandy displayed an aire of superiority. I felt like a preschooler sent to the principals office. This was my second and LAST visit to be seen by this person.

Dr Tandy was condescending and acted as if all my questions were stupid. I felt like a school kid in the principals office. This was my 2nd and last visit to James R Tandy.

I must say Dr Tandy was the best! Septum surgery was a smooth as it could be and staff was super attentive and positive! Recommend Dr. Tandy he is professional and would recommend him highly! Thank you!

I took my husband to the Waco ENT office to have his hearing tested. He has dementia & it causes him to be overly sensitive to sound, light, & touch. As he was found to have impacted wax in one ear, we were told a doctor would see him & remove the wax before he could be tested. When Tandy walked in, he immediately began to ‘dig’ into my husband’s ear with an instrument. My husband said it hurt, & Tandy momentarily stopped, saying the wax was very hard. He appeared irritated, but began ‘digging’ again, & my husband again said it hurt. Instead of stopping & applying a wax softener (as other doctors have done for my family), he practically threw down the instrument & walked out, saying I was to take him home & use peroxide to get the wax out, then come back for the test. I had to ask the nurse to confirm the visit was over. I want everyone to know: if you go to the Waco ENT practice, you may encounter the same rude, hateful, uncaring Dr Tandy who wants YOU to do his job.

I was seen and treated by Dr. Tandy today(13th), and was completely satisfied with his professional manner and successful treatment. After having been unsuccessfully and painfully treated elsewhere the experience with Dr. Tandy was like a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend him. Claude Ray Blundell - Jan. 13th, 2021

I went to this DR. several times for recurring problem in my left ear. The last time I went I was attempting to explain my problem. He was short, rude & informed me he was the Dr. & he knew more about my problem than I did! Would not go back to this guy under any circumstances!

He completely dismissed my daughters recurrent strep infections as being impossible and said her primary care dr doesn’t know what she is doing.

If I could leave less stars than 1 I would. Do not go here, especially if you want to be heard. My 3-year-old has reoccuring ear infections. Up to 1 or 2 a month for almost a year now. I was told my PCP needed to "re-evaluate" her diagnosis and that I was "just asking to put my daughter at risk for requesting tubes". He made me feel like I was completely stupid for making this appointment and trying to help my daughter. All in all he is a condescending, rude, and inconsiderate Dr. who has no business working with children or parents.

I am a military veteran he gave me a bad diagnosis 7 years ago ,I have tinnus disease no benefits because of him, he cares about money not the veteran

My grandson went to him and he does not have the urgency of little ones who are ill.

He did my husbands septoplasty surgery. It went very well.

My husband went to see him for a deviated septum. He very rude and arguing with him about his symptoms. He did not want to listen at all. Do not go here!!!

I went to see Dr. Tandy bc I have suffered most of my life as a mouth breather. I can never get enough oxygen in through my nose to breathe properly, I have headache, post nasal drip, and constant sinus congestion. I called on a Monday and they got me an appointment for Wednesday. The staff was friendly. I waited for only a few minutes to be called back. Waited in the exam room for maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Tandy came in and introducted himself and shook my hand. He listened closely to my symptoms an

I was referred by my local personal doctor. I found Dr. Tandy very knowledgeable & the entire staff cordial, helpful, & efficient. My first visit & I am most impressed.

Dr. Tandy spent very little time with me either time I saw him; actually argued my health history with me as a new patient; did not stay in the room long enough for me to ask questions--walked out of the room in the middle of my asking a question, leaving it to the nurse to try to answer as she was walking me to the front door. Patients should have privacy and dedicated time for appointments, not have to discuss matters in the lobby because the doctor wants to head to lunch early. DON'T GO HERE!
