Good listener, hard to get in to see him, I had to go to the Latham office to get the first appointment. Once I became a patient the care was very good. I rate him 5 stars.

Been going to Dr Story for 30 years he is a great physician and has helped me many times with different heath issues. Only thing tuff to get in to see him when problems arise

I was very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Story. He ordered the appropriate tests and gave me easy to understand explanations for my problem. I feel that I can work with him in the future. He was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Very good bedside manner, no rush,takes his time. Sent me to pain management, very bad communication skills most important with any type of care.. story was excellent, the other opposite . Does not listen, very quick in the patients room. Does NOT return phone calls. Very unhappy with this provider, wouldn't recommend him or the office.

Dr. Storey leaves you feeling that you've been talking to someone who actually cares. He listens and takes what time is needed to figure out your problems. His office in Clifton Park is excellent with no wait times. Some testing can be done right on the premises so it's very convenient.
