He is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel rushed. He and his staff are great people and I trust them. They are very helpful in whatever way they can be. I have been seeing Dr. Scales for a number of years for various problems and I have recommended friends and family to him and his associates.
My experience with dr scales was a good one. He worked with me and talked to me with respect and understood and answered my questions. He wasn't in a rush to do surgery and recommended I see a specialist to ease any questions I had. All was fine until I had to deal with his office staff. They treated me as if I was an idiot and a second class citizen. I am forced to find another doctor because I cannot deal with his office staff.

He was a really nice guy,But when he took his x ray of my knee he missed seeing the fracture and treated me for quadricep tendonitis instead. It has been 10 months and two Surgeons , one risky surgery,to finally be in physical therapy . If he would have correctly diagnosed me I would not have had to have surgery and would have only had my knee in a brace for 6 weeks. I am still in pain and have been unable to work for these past 10 months.He really messed up!
