Customer service is horrible wasted six months of my life

HE IS THE BEST CHILDREN'S NEUROLOGIST IN THE STATE. He was my dr for many years until I became an adult.

Very positive experience, and he was so kind and caring with our preschool age son. His diagnosis was right on.

The good: I was a patient of Dr. Rohrbaugh for 16-17 years (1989-2003) and he knew what he was doing given the knowledge on neurology at the time. The bad: Because of knowledge on neurology and mental health back in the 1980's and much of the 1990's was the DSM-III, my parents and I did not know that I have Asperger's/Autism Spectrum Disorder.

He refused to read my son's previous medical records, did not listen, and really didnt communicate what he was even treating my son for. I'm glad he is retiring, I think he needs to rest.

HIS PERSONALITY PREVENTS HIM FROM CARING ABOUT HIS PATIENTS WELFARE. I GOT RID OF HIM WHEN HE PRESCRIBED NEURONTIN A "WORTHLESS DRUG" AND REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME. DR. KHARNA SHERWOOD IS A MUCH BETTER NEUROLOGIST. HE LISTENS AND SOLVES PROBLEMS.

My son has been a patient of Dr Rohrbaugh's for 17 years! He's the best of the best!
