Dr Rieger did my breast reduction and we discussed that I wanted to be no larger than a B cup at max, the smaller the better. Barely there is preferable. He left me with full D’s. He decided in surgery that staying larger would “look more natural”, which of course was not his decision to make. I did not consent to that size and would have gone with a different physician if I knew he did not respect his patient’s wishes when they conflict with the male gaze.

I had a reduction Feb 2022. I am very pleased with the results this far. Dr. is gentle and is an absolute artist! I highly recommend him and his staff!

Had my surgery in 2009 and still amazed at his work today. Friendly staff and highly recommend him.

OVER A YEAR LATER, AND HERE TO ADD IM STILL IN LOVE! Had a breast augmentation with Dr Rieger end of May. Almost 2 months post operation and im still in love! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so I let him take over. I couldn't have asked for better results. He walked me through the entire process and everything was quick and easy! Recovery was a breeze. Dr. Rieger is amazing at what he does! I am 5 weeks post op breast augmentation and I have never felt this good about myself! You can hardly see my scars. I would recommend him to anyone!!

I had a breast reduction over 10 years ago and every nurse that has seen his work since be it dr. Office, mammograms, etc. has commented on the excellent minimal scarring. Tells me whomever did a great job.

I can't say enough how amazing Dr. Rieger is, he is so wonderful. After my breast augmentation I felt great after surgery, even the next day (day 2) the staff was amazing as well! And his work is so natural, I love the results.

He and his staff are very professional. I've had s breast lift in 2003 and it still looks great! Plus Botox injections and filler injections recently. I highly recommend him!! He is honest and knowledgeable.

Dr. Rieger is honest and he knows what's needed after listening to you and the results you want. I had a tummy tuck and lipo (inner thighs) on November 17 2016, and even though a tummy tuck is major surgery, I had NO BRUISING. My result looks excellent! Dr. Rieger is extremely gentle and careful as a surgeon. I recommend Dr. Rieger, and his wonderful, helpful staff! I don't know why, when I get to this point it says ENT. But, I had replacement breast implants and this doctor was the best! Very good bedside manner, knows what he's doing!

Dr rieger can answer every question you have and very honest. I just got brest implant done April 2016 and it's perfect! I could say he is the best plastic surgeon in wichita! Oh and another plus is that you get $500 discount !

Dr. Rieger and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had a breast augmentation in July 2010 almost a year after having my 1st son. My goodness, my boobs looked like flapjacks(breastfed). I was SO embarrassed and my self esteem was shot. I decided in 5 minuets, while at Target trying on dresses, that I WAS getting them done ASAP! I immediately made an appointment and had the surgery a week later at Kansas Medical Center, in Andover. The hospital was amazing, clean and their staff was lovely as well. So, on to the surgery. Went in to the hospital at 7am and walked out by 10am. I was in NO pain AT ALL. I never had pain from this procedure. I know a lot of people who have had Dr. Rieger do their augmentations, as well. None of them complained of pain and not one of them were unhappy. He's AMAZING. Period! In Sept of 2011, I had my 2nd son and I was still able to breastfeed him. (I was a little concerned before the procedure about this but it ended up not being an issue, at all) *****THE BEST PART**** RESULTS.... I have not had one, not even one, person ask me if my boobs are real or fake.. Never. When it is brought up, people cannot believe that they are saline. The most popular comment I get is "Your boobs are the most natural looking [fake boobs] I've ever seen. They don't look "fake" at all".! To say I'm satisfied, would be an understatement! Dr. Rieger and his staff are amazing! He is gentle, caring, and so good at what he does! The night of my surgery, I was walking with very little pain and I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, and lipo all at the same time! At my consultation, Dr. Rieger and his staff answered all my questions, and believe me, I asked a ton! They even took the time to answer more questions when I called back. I was given exactly what I wanted, and I'm already impressed with the results and it's only been a little over two weeks! If at all possible, try to have the surgery in Andover (Kansas Medical Center), the staff there make you feel like you're at a spa, not a hospital! Great nursing staff and they really care about each patient. They even took good care of my mother who stayed with me while I was there. From the anesthesia team, to the nursing team, to the team at Dr. Rieger's office, every moment of my surgery and subsequent recovery has been amazing. I will also note that I've been able to be up, walking, and doing most normal activities since day one. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rieger! I highly recommend.
