I had a test done and it took this office a month to contact me for results even after phone calls to them.

This doctor lacks compassion for his patients, he may know what he's doing but he's very condescending and makes you feel nervous around him because of it. I have been around a lot of doctors and I would not go back to this man.if you ask him any questions about your health issue, he just tells you you're going around in circles and you're too uptight of a person! I got more information from my primary care doctor then I did from him, unfortunately in reading his other reviews, I see that other patients have had similar experiences with his personality, it's too bad. Called today to make an appointment and was told I needed a referral before I could schedule. So I asked how far out are they scheduling and the woman proceeded to tell me 2 weeks out. So I requested to be scheduled and if my referral was not in, I would pay cash. She did schedule me for an appointment and was not happy at all to do it. So I called back after she hung up on me and requested the office manager. Amazing that the same woman was the office manager. I proceeded to tell her how I didn’t not appreciate how she spoke with me, she told me that I bullied her into making an appointment, all because I said I would pay for it if the referral was not there in time. She was very condescending and rude. I truly loved Dr Laura but I will not be returning to this practice. If this is how they treat patients then I don’t want any part of it!!!! The operation was performed as an outpatient procedure in about 2 hours with local anesthesia after which I went home and followed the post operative care instructions he gave me. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have noticed eventually a 20-25% increase in athletic performance in both strength and endurance, my short term memory has severely improved, I need to sleep 2 hours less each night due to the improvement of my obstructive sleep apnea and I lost about 10 pounds of excess weight because of the improvement in my metabolism. I had the good fortune to have Dr. Reidy perform a septoplasty, turbinate reduction and maxillary, frontal & sphenoid balloon sinuplasty on me at his office last month. Just called this office to schedule a new patient visit and the woman I talked to on the phone was very rude and seemed very annoyed with me. First impressions are everything. Going somewhere else

Horrible doctor. Bills at a higher rate than average ENTs. Fails to follow up on test results.

Reidy sent me for a biopsy and made me wait two weeks for results. That's a long time when you know they're testing for cancer. Turned out not to be cancer but I didn't appreciate the attitude of the office staff or the doctor, and the lack of empathy regarding my fears. I won't be back!

This Dr. does not have the softest bedside manner however he is very good. Our son had his tonsils and adenoids removed by him and we couldn't be more pleased with his surgery and recovery. We interviewed 3 other ENTs before deciding on Dr. Reidy. He knows what he is doing and gets right to the point.

I have taken my elderly mother to him several times. Dr. Reidy is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to answer questions and explain procedures. I found him to be very kind to my mother. I highly recommend him.

To anybody reading this... go somewhere else if you care about your health. I do want to say i have no problem with the staff, its the Dr that I had a huge problem with. When your Dr says you are overwhelming me with all your questions, you know something is wrong with this dr. So i asked him 1 question and still could not answer it. Another thing... during my 1st visit he was eager to remove my tonsils due to they are too large, but when i see him during my last visit he says nothing about them and instead tells me he doesnt know what is wrong with me and that he cannot fill out my fmla paperwork. So i say what about my tonsils? And his answer is i dont want to remove them since its too risky. So now im concerned since he said i am one step away from not breathing right becuase they are so large. So i said but u said i should have them removed. He shuts me up and says if you want them removed i will remove them. Looks at his assistant and tells her to set up my surgery and walks out. She looks at me with a face of.. what the heck just happened? So he made me make the decision to remove them although he is the dr. So i went to another location for a second opinion and couldnt ask for a better place. When i told the dr about my experience he asked what city was it that i went and i said gilbert he asks by any chance was it desert valley ent? So im guessing he has heard a lot of stories and is getting his patients. Two thumbs up to Enticare ENT 3420 mercy rd, gilbert az 85297. They have more than one location. Oh and by the way Enticare ENT was recommended to me by one of the staff at desert valley ent, i guess she felt bad for what happend. I am post-op 2 days now for a septoplasty and bilant turbinate reduction and can happily say that I am satisfied with the results. Starting with the staff, Dr. Riedy's office was welcoming and patient. They provided me with answers to all my questions and took me in upon my arrival for the appointment within the first 10 minutes. My first visit was with the PA, Laura, and she worked me up very thoroughly with a physical exam of my nose and canals, as well as a CT scan done by Simon med. Afterwards I scheduled my appointment for a follow up with Dr. Reidy and was impressed by his thorough examination and the options he provided me, along with his professional opinions. I agreed to the surgery as the CT showed drastic deviation and in proceeded to go to the very clean and pristine outpatient surgery center in Gilbert. The procedure took 1 hour and and I was out the door after a total of 3 hours (check in, surgery, recovery). I woke up yesterday to minimal amounts of pain and a clean surgical site. Throughout the day my pain subsided and bleeding occurred as expected. This morning I woke up to a dried canal with mild leakyness and after receiving a call from the facility I was informed to perform a saline rinse every 1-2 hours. They will remove the stents in my nasal canal on Tuesday and a follow up to accompany this later. Overall 5/5 for medical service, bedside manners, staff hospitality and patient care protocols. Our experience has been positive. Dr Reidy's office staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have never been rude or uncaring. We have seen several ENT doctors in the past several years and felt that Dr Reidy was the best at listening and getting to the point. Laura N Uhl, his Physician Assistant Specialist, has taken time with us at our appointments and is now looking at all of the avenues available to determine why my husband is feeling lightheaded and off balance. She doesn't rush through our office visit and just like Dr Reidy, she is listening to what we have to say and is helping us figure this whole thing out. I am glad we found Desert Valley ENT. I would not recommend this physician to anyone. He does unethical billing coding and provides very little in assessment or listening to the patient. I was very dissappointed. He had one foot out the door and was rushing during our 5 minute new patient visit and then billed the highest medical code which is supposed to cover 60 minutes face -to-face. Stay away.

Absolutely stunned at the lack of professionalism by the office staff. Spent time explaining my situation and moved my appt. time back by almost a week to ensure that I could be seen on my schedule. I received a phone call less than 24 hours prior to my appt. letting me know that I would not be able to be seen and offered to send me a list of other doctors. I see why you have such horrible reviews online. I should have gone with my initial instinct and now have to suffer for another week.

Very poor pushing for serum and not FDA approve. I was diagnose with severe sinusitis and asthma. He ordered for an alllergy test and then the result came back he just wants me to take the serum. I think he is a quack. No plan to treat my sinusitis. Save your money and time dont go there doesnt care for the patient just the money.

Saw Dr. Reidy for ringing in my ears. Spent all of about 5 minutes with me and recommended an MRI. Front office kept sending incorrect orders to the imaging facility. Had to call Reidy's front office 3 times before they got it right. Went back for followup and got 5 mins of his time. Claimed he diagnosed my condition, patted himself on the back and walked out. Got billed $272 for his "services". Since found out from neurologist his diagnosis was incorrect.

Doctor was ok. Front office was absolutely terrible. So incredibly rude and condescending. Took forever to get an appointment in and they treat you like an inconvenience.

Dr Reidy spends time with you and answers any questions you might have. Along with his expertise he has an exceptional staff. After numerous calls I needed a prescription that my insurance was denying and his assistant somehow got it approved. I highly recommend Dr Reidy and his staff!

We had a scheduled appointment for 2 weeks with this office, the girl called back 2 day before my husbands scheduled appointment and told me that they don't take our insurance, I asked her why she didn't call sooner because he was in a lot of pain. She just said sorry we don't take the plan, we except some but not others. My reason for being so upset was because she could have called previously so I could have scheduled him in with another dr. that accepted our insurance, Oh yeah and we have Aetna, so it isn't like it was so off the wall insurance. VERY RUDE and unprofessional! Dr. Reidy is straight and to the point. Very nice young man and very precise. I was so afraid of having polyps taken off of my throat and voice box because I had so many health issues. But, Dr. Reidy did a miraculous surgery and after 22 years I have a voice again...miraculous! Great surgeon. Thank you Dr. Reidy!!

My husband was diagnosed with throat cancer Nov. 2012. Dr. Reidy did the original biopsy and surgery. So far of all the physicians we have had a relationship with, Dr. Reidy has been the most informative on his condition, treatment and what to expect before, during and after treatment. He has been there to pull it all together for us.
