Doctor Quarles continues to bring excellent service.

Couldn't be more pleased with the medical attention I have received since joining MDVIP. Fortunately, I have experienced pretty good health. But, the times I have needed attention, it was immediate. Good work Dr. Quarles, Rita, and staff. BScott

The peace of mind that I have regarding my health and being able to talk to Dr. Quarles or his office staff is a 180 turn from where I was before joining the MDVIP program. I know someone is there 24/7 if needed. I call it a spa like experience when I make an office visit. Two thumbs up to Dr. Quarles, Rita, and Leslie.

No matter what time or what day of the week it is, we always have access to Dr. Quarles in any emergency. The entire office staff, Rita and Leslie, are professional and very inviting. Both Leslie and Rita exude a warmth that make patients know they are cared for on a level unlike any other I have experienced. Dr, Quarles office is a very calming environment. (That is not always what is expected during a visit to a medical appointment.) This experience with MDVIP has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. My husband and I were talking tonight about how our membership fee is the best gift we have ever given ourselves. Words seem to fail me when I try to explain what an amazing experience MDVIP and Dr. Quarles have provided. This is a great medical solution to consider for any person changing medical services for any reason. My experience with Dr. Quarles and office staff has been perfect. They are all extremely professional and put the patient first. Ive had multiple appointments and no deviation in standards ever, it seems to be consistant. I will be a lifelong member of this practice. And probably live a long time... I recently became a patient of Dr. Quarles and am so pleased. Rita and the office staff are so nice. Dr. Quarles is great about getting back to you. This is how medicine should be practiced. It is so comforting to know that Dr. Quarles and his staff are always there for you. .

Switching to Dr. Quarles is the best decision I've ever made!

Exceptional! MDVIP is top notch. My entire family is a member and we could not be happier with this service.

Dr. Quarles is an excellent doctor. His office is clean and welcoming. His staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my annual exam. I would highly recommend.

My husband Karl and I are extremely pleased with our experience with Dr. Quarles and his staff. They treat us like family and are always available to take our calls and respond in a timely manner. It is quite reassuring to know that we can call Dr. Quarles at any time (and we have) and know that he is always going to answer, regardless of the the time of day. Dr. J.D. Quarles is an excellent physician with a wonderful bedside manner. He is extremely conscientious about my health needs and has customized a detailed wellness plan to meet my heath goals and challenges. Dr. Quarles identified and assisted me in getting my health on track. He was instrumental in getting me to the specialist that I needed. He is warm and accessible and always willing to go the extra mile in assisting with health care options as well as a listening ear in making decisions concerning health needs. Dr. Quarles is far more than a competent and compassionate medical professional.He gets to know you and systemically oversees all of my medically related natters. He is always available!!!

BRENDA'S comments: Dr. QUARLES Is the best! If he needs to refer you, which is not often, he does not hesitate. He has a great rapport with medical staff and gets things done quickly. He listens! He Cares! The Drs. and others even know his name and him at other facilities where I have been. He arranged setup for ultrasound st FRMC on leg where I've had problems. Thankfully, there was no clot so referred me to Dr. Smoot at UK, another who knows him as they schooled and studied various fields of medicine together. Such a tribute to this caring, compassionate man cannot be fully expressed in words. My husband and I love this home-grown doc!! He is easily accessible and quickly responds which is vital in our care. Your personal staff are wonderful, too. You bring a warm and welcome presence especially when you are at our side while hospitalized. JOHN: I have been hospitalized recently with mild heart attack, and he has been here twice a day and constantly in touch with his peers concerning my issues. He is so easily accessible and responsive, too. I was readmitted because of several factors, and being well-cared by Dr. Quarles and others who are an integral part of his recovery . Thank you! Dr Quarles was very kind and compassionate and allowed my dear friend to die with dignity. He was always available and treated the care givers with respect. Thank you Dr Quarles. The Mdvip program was perfect for us

I consider Dr. Quarles not only my doctor, but a friend. He is available to answer questions in terms we understand, send me vital information and has always been available for me. On one particular instance, I was in Key West and got a sinus infection. I called him on his cell and he immediately called in a prescription for me to the nearest pharmacy. It was so appreciated! I have been going to Dr. Quarles for years. As a runner, I tend to incur injuries from time to time. Dr. Quarles has always been available to discuss the injury, treat it, and help me quickly get back to my active lifestyle. The detailed level of care he provides carries through even when I have an illness. Dr. Quarles takes the time to listen to me and explain things clearly, and I have never felt rushed through my appointment. His supporting staff is also very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr.Quarles is a blessing to me. He has been my doctor for about 12 or. 13 years. He is very very caring about ME as a patient and a person. Even before he joined MDVIP he was always on time for appointments. I have arrived early before, and was seen and out before my appointment time. He always asked if I have questions or concerns. My husband & I are so happy to have Dr. Quarles as our physician. He is very thorough, and he always has time to talk with us about any health issues we may have. He is a very concerned and compassionate physician & we trust him implicitly. Also, he is only a phone call away & that is very comforting & reassuring. His nurse, Rita, is also kind, caring & professional & a great asset to the doc. We would definitely recommend Dr, Quarles to family & friends. Wonderful practice!

Was my Doctor for at least 10 years before going to MDVIP, I cheaped out and left. Sorry pickings out there after you’ve had Dr J D Quarles, I ponied up and joined up!, worth every bit. He answers my calls, text almost immediately, it’s scary! Always has your health and mental wellbeing in mind. The scores here don’t go high enough for JD! Doctors Day is for Dr Quarles period! Dr. Quarles is a very caring doctor that wants to stay in contact with his patients and take and give them the best care he can. He always responds with in a couple of hours of contacting his office. The staff is wonderful and I could not ask for a better doctor to have on my side.

Compassionate, caring, and professional in practice. We appreciate his knowledge and ability to refer to another if the problem extends beyond his expertise. It is wonderful to have a physician who can be with you at local hospital, and admits and discharges his patients. Great person!

Very professional physician. Usually can get an appointment the same day and no wait time in waiting room. Friendly staff that is very helpful.
