Dr. Palmer is an exceptional doctor and came highly recommended by a CHOP doctor as my grown son transitioned care. He suggested non-surgical treatments that had some success. I brought up surgery and his response was it is up to the patient if he feels the non-surgical approach gives him enough relief or not. He does run very late for appointments but it’s worth it in my opinion. Also, he was responsive to needs between appointments and his staff is good.
He is non communicative and condescending. Called me âkiddoâ though I am 72 and deserving of respect. Never explained what he was going to do in an office visit; sidestepped responding to clear questions. Not sure if he is too arrogant to explain things to patients or what. But would never use this doctor as I am entitled to answers not just his actions.
I would most definitely recommend Dr. Palmer. I've had great experiences with Dr. Palmer. I had a sinus surgery and follow up care and I feel better than ever. He does run late for appointments, I know that so I plan accordingly.
Dr. Palmer is friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and a skilled surgeon. His entire staff is great. I have to travel a bit to see him, but it’s well worth it. Hés one of the few doctors I trust and feel comfortable with.

Great doctor and person helped me out enormously with my nasal problems would absolutely recommend for any ent problems
Dr. Palmer is a conscientious doctor and a good surgeon. However, he is ALWAYS running over an hour late for EVERY appointment and offers no apologies for the poor scheduling.
Dr. Jim Palmer does unnecessary surgery on his patients. He tries to convince every patient to do unnecessary surgery and then he performs unnecessary surgery on those patients he successfully convinces which are many because they trust him. Don't let this guy do unnecessary surgery on you. What a horrible person.
