Prefacing this review with that I didn't successfully receive treatment from this practice. I wanted to. I went to a consultation to have some wisdom teeth removed. The consult was great, Dr Loeser was the nicest. I was not in any immediate rush to complete the procedure so I requested that we work it out with insurance and the office said they would get back to me in a couple of weeks. Weeks became months. I kept receiving bills for the consult but every time i called the office, it would go to voicemail. They would text me informing me that i was due on my bill and i would text back asking for an update on the insurance. I figured i would pay it all off once they completed the procedure. They eventually sent me a collections notice on a Friday which i promptly called and left a voicemail AND emailed them for my records of contact. The only option of payment was to send my credit card information in the mail. There is no online payment portal for this practice. They FINALLY called me back on the following Monday and I was able completely pay off the bill over the phone. I mentioned i was waiting for a call back and the front desk lady was confused. I explained that the last communication I had was stating that they would reach back out once they heard from my insurance. I ultimately stated that i didn't want to do any further business due to this poor customer service which they argued that it wasn't poor and hung up. The office called back and left a voicemail stating that the procedure was 100% covered. I don't know if this was an attempt to retain a patient or to finally make that "Call back". It upset me even more, being that the next step was probably a quick one on scheduling and completing the procedure. I hope this doesn't deter anyone, just a warning that you might need to be a very proactive patient with communications if you decide to use this clinic.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I was getting a tooth extracted and had just been numbed up when the office manager comes back and says we can’t look up your insurance we need you to pay $300 out of pocket or reschedule. I was in shock. Will NEVER ever come back the worst of the worst !!!!?

Best oral surgeon ever! Best staff ever!

The first time I went to Dr Loeser was to get a tooth extracted. It only took 5 minutes to get the tooth out without any pain. It was minimum discomfort. After a few months later, I wanted to have a tooth implant. I went back to Dr Loeser for a few more visits to get the procedure done. Dr was very nice and professional. He always asked if there's any question any pain, are you doing ok, etc. i am glad that I went to Dr Loeser. I highly recommend Dr Loeser!

Amazing doctor!

Had to have all 4 of my Wisdom teeth pulled, 2 were impacted. Surgery went well, stitches closed up quick, with minimal bleeding. Didn't have to use Vicodin after the 3rd day. Side note: some other surgeons don't actually sedate you and use local anesthetic and even though you wont remember the procedure and its horrible, that anesthetic will last many hours after and you wont be able to take any pills or drink because your mouth will be numb. If you have an option pick complete sedation.
