Dr. James Benjamin Jackson III

This man is negligent!! I was a smoker, didn’t hide that fact!! He did surgery on my foot never mentioned to me that I shouldn’t smoke!! Foot did it heal; I couldn’t wear a closed toe shoe, he said we need to operate again. Okay, you need to correct what’s wrong. Day before surgery nurse calls ask if I smoke; yes I do. She says are you sure? Dr. Jackson doesn’t operate on smokers. Met with him, he said I take full responsibility I should not have operated on you, it’s in your file that you smoke. That is why your foot didn’t heal. Second surgery happens, I’m looking at a 65,000 hospital bill!! I’m speaking with an attorney!!! Avoid this Doctor

Very friendly, very patient and answered all questions. Surgery and recovery went well. Would not hesitate to come back if I have any further problems. I have recommended Dr. Jackson to some friends and they have scheduled appointments to see him. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

Great man. Performed three separate surgeries on my feet. Twice on the right & once on the left… Went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable during the entire process….. Even recovery!

I was recommended to see Dr. James Jackson for my ankle replacement surgery. My ankle was filled with arthritis and was bone on bone. Very painful. Dr. Jackson mapped out the whole procedure for me including rehab. Everything went as scheduled. My surgery only took one hour with Dr. Jackson telling my wife post surgery that the prosthetic fit perfectly. I'm very happy that I chose Dr. Jackson and his staff. My hospital stay was very professional and staff was attentive to my needs. Overall experience was fantastic. I'm back in the gym, getting ready for golf and have enjoyed all outdoor activities. If there would've been 10 stars that's the number I'd give my experience. Thank you so much. Spud Yasso

Dr Jackson was great before surgery- very knowledgeable and personable I do have some post surgical issues I waited 11/2 hours for my appointment and finally just saw his assistant They have cancelled and rescheduled my next post surgical appointment the day before I am supposed to go in 5 times now - it’s been 6 months since I saw him and my foot pain is keeping me up at night They need to get their scheduling fixed I know they are really busy

I live over an hour away from Dr. Jackson’s office but it is so worth the travel time. His staff are fantastic. Dr Jackson will be the only foot/ankle doctor I will see. I’ve had two surgeries in two years and was very happy with the service I received.

Dr. Jackson has incredible skills. He repaired my ankle, which was a very complex surgery. He is the best!

Dr. Jackson is personable and loves what he does. You can tell in how he treated me.
