Dr. James Russell Haden

I've trusted Dr. Haden as my allergist for the last 12 years. At the time of my initial visit my allergies caused upper respiratory infections so severe I spent an average of 10 weeks' sick time every year or more. At this point I'm down to 10 days' of sick time in a year. They have strict rules they have to follow due to insurance requirements but Dr. Haden and his staff have always treated me very well and even joke around with me. I am so thankful for his services.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The front desk always seems to have attitude and today they decided to send my children home for running 100.7 degrees when after their masks were off it went down to 99.1 and 99.3. That shows they were hot NOT sick and I even checked them before they left the house and they were at 98.7 and 98.5. When I asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR I was given the manager who RUDLEY hung up on me when I asked for Doctor HADENS information since that is who pays her because she “doesn’t have to deal with this”. The last I checked that’s part of your job description. If you cannot handle complaints or people “talking down” on you then you shouldn’t even be hired in your position. This establishment has gone downhill from 4yrs ago when we first came. Along with that they now charge $50 if you do not call 24hrs to cancel. My youngest ran a fever the morning of so I called to reschedule to be told it was $50 when they have NEVER done that in the 4yrs we’ve been here. We will NOT be coming back and we will NOT be recommending this place to ANYONE. If you cannot be nice enough to speak to his manager then you will get NOWHERE. This explains so much as to why nobodies complaints have been changed or reached out by Doctor Haden himself. There should always be a way to contact the owner if there is no HR like in these circumstances. Sad because my mother-in-law knows Doctor Haden from him seeing her children when they were younger which is the main factor why my husband and I brought our kids to him.

I have been a patient for several years. Asthma as a child which returned as a Senior Citizen. Dr. Haden diagnosis was Allergic Asthma and then prescribed Xolair shots. This has been a miracle for me. Now, only on very rare occasions do I have asthma problems. His staff and nurses are professional and compassionate. Dr. Ben who is Dr. Haden's PA is a great guy and always listens to my questions and concerns. I was very lucky finding Dr. Haden and I can't imagine going to another Dr.

He refused to even see me because I have an allergy to yeast and as a side effect I have yeast infections... ?

Excellent and professional. I would recommend him to everyone I know. In one visit, he found out what was wrong and put me on the correct treatment plan--something the last 4 dr's couldn't seem to do.

Attempted to get an appt for my son who has allergies, asthma and eczema. The receptionist who answered the phone seemed bothered and sick. I could barely understand what she said when she answered the phone. I explained to her that we were having issues with my sons asthma. She quickly asked is he a new patient and said they aren't seeing anyone new until January. That is completely understandable but I also asked for a few other doctors who would offer similar services. Told me to call

Quality of care is excellent! Dr. Haden is quite knowledgeable about current allergy diagnoses and treatments. The PA who works with him is also knowledgeable. Nursing staff--all excellent, caring, prompt, and knowledgeable. Allergy shots have < 5 min wait. The only downside is the MD/PA appointment wait time. Even 0800 (first appointment of day) will be a 40-50 min or more wait to see either the MD or PA. An Yogi

He is very up to date on current research and very smart. He was thorough and had a great plan to help my daughter.

The person that processed my fmla paperwork was not very friendly and did not make me feel comfortable asking her questions. I have never used fmla before so I was confused how it worked. She just looked at me like I was stupid. When I asked her about getting a doctors excuse for missing work she replied oh I can't authorize that I would have to talk to the doctor. I could tell she did not want to help me at all. Trying to talk to her was like trying to pull a nail out of a 2?4 without a hammer.

First dr to identify the source of the idiopathic urticaria I've suffered for over 30 years. Superb.
