I found Dr. Green on my insurance site and made an appointment to take care of my foot. He first introduced himself and asked me what's the problem, I told him and was really surprised at the amount of questions he asked me about my problem and the time he took to explain what can be done about each symptoms. Now i have been to two other Podiatrist in the last three months and all they did was ordered a bunch of x rays and MRIs and tried to sell me insoles, not Dr. Green, this guy is courteous and knowledgeable and takes his time to try and help you. On 5/14/2021 I first went to his office so he could make me a pair of orthopedics soles, I require them due to the side effects I suffer from Poliomyelitis. He assured me that he had the capability to make orthopedic soles based on the requirements of my condition. At the end of my visit, I made a deposit of $200 as his staff told me it was required to proceed. Three and a half months went by until they reached out to tell me that I can come back to try on the orthopedics soles. When I tried them on, it was clear the soles did not fit me as needed for my condition as they did not have the necessary requirements we had agreed on. Dr. James and his staff were very rude, they told me I did not know what I was talking about, that those orthopedic soles were exactly what I needed. All my life I have used orthopedic soles due to my Poliomyelitis, and have some knowledge about the subject and what best fits me. The orthopedics soles that Dr. Green provided was not close to what I needed. Due to the unsatisfied experience, I asked Dr. Green if I could get my deposit back so I can go to a different doctor, he again in a rude manner responded that was not possible, and stated that the only way to fix this was to send the orthopedics soles back so they can make new ones. On 9/27/2021, I was notified once again that the new orthopedic soles had arrived. I went back to Dr. Green’s office, only to find that they did not make any changes to the orthopedic soles, they were the exact same as the previous ones. To make things worse this one did not have arch support. After I complained that this was really frustrated because of the time that had gone by, Dr. Green responded to me in a very rude manner and proceeded to walk away making a gesture like he was done with me, then he came back to tell me that I owed him another $200 for the new orthopedic soles. I sincerely do not recommend Dr. Green. He is rude and unprofessional; he was unable to help me in any way and only continued to take my money. Due to the unsatisfied experience, I asked Dr. Green if I could get my deposit back so I can go to a different doctor, he again in a rude manner responded that was not possible, and stated that the only way to fix this was to send the orthopedic soles back so they can make new ones. Dr. Green was amazing. He asked lots of questions to understand my pin and need. He then took the necessary steps in order to provide me the required treatment. He was very thorough and efficient. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment today and waited an hour. An hour! No communication with the receptionist. If you knew you were running behind, call me when know. My time is just as important and it was highly disrespectful. I don’t wait that long for a table at a restaurant. I walked out. You have been warned

I am so glad I found Dr. Green. I have seen many podiatrist with the same issue over a course of 4 years and they offered alternative medicine care. I knew I need surgery but they wanted to try the alternative. When I went to Dr. Green he immediately knew that surgery was necessary and he didn't sugar coat it. Well, he did the surgery, I am now pain free, and recovering well. Thanks Dr. Green you are amazing. I am so glad I found Dr. Green. The worst. Front desk messed up 2 appointments. Dr. Green seemed preoccupied and was short and insulting. He did not listen to my issues, examine my feet or seek to understand my case. He just rushed me out of his office after a very long wait.

Dr. Greene was very thorough and knowledgeable about plantar fasciitis; spent a lot of time with me listening to my complaint, examining my feet, gait and shows as well as discussing a treatment plan. I was able to get an appointment right away and found Dr. Greene and his staff to be personable and pleasant. I recommend him highly.

I have had a great experience with James Green. He is very professional and I have seen amazing results. I would extremely recommend him.

Dr Green is my daughters Doctor, she loves him, he is extremely knowledgeable and nice, he takes the time to explain every option of treatment and help you choose the best one for you ( this is what my daughter told me) I work in the Medical field for many years so I can tell when I encounter a god Doctor. Unfortunately I fell and got hurt the day before Thanksgiving, I didn’t think was a big deal, the next morning I went to the UC only to find out I had a fracture. So they put a provisional cast on. After Thanksgiving Dinner at 3 in the morning I was in so much pain I went on line and made an apmnt.I received a phone call around 7:30 am and it was Dr Green (remember I am a new patient) he asked me some questions and give me an apmnt himself. I am so happy I found Dr. Green! His office staff was awesome and got me in the next day for an appointment -feet are definitely a urgent issue! Other podiatrist I have called prior had over a month wait to be seen! He and his staff were super friendly and welcoming! Dr. Green is very professional and a super nice guy also! I sat in the waiting room for an hour and 30min and didn't get my name called. When I went to the front desk to ask if it was called the lady at the desk tried to make a joke and stated that they were waiting for me. She was also on her phone texting when we 1st began talking. I won't be back.

I usually don’t write reviews but Dr Green and his staff deserves to have 5 (I wish I could give him more) stars. From the moment you sign on until you are finished with your consultation everything is just amazing. I been having a terrible pain on my left foot had seen 3 Drs including Dr James Green and no one knows what I have. he examined me and says he doesn't know What s wrong offers a cortisone shot to see if maybe that will solve the problem. " A guess and I think it may help ". The assistant making wrong conclusions and scaring the world out of me. Won't recommend this Dr. At all

Dr Green is my daughters Doctor and she had nothing but an amazing experience going to his office and his staff, very polite, and he is a great Doctor very knowledgeable. Well I needed an appointment to see him, I went on line at 3 o’clock in the morning because I was in so much pain and Dr Green himself called me (this was the night after Thanksgiving), that says a lot about a physician. I am looking forward to see him. I can definitely say he got a patient for life. Thanks Dr Green.

I went to doctor green about a month ago for an infection I had on my wound after getting some stitches removed and he was nothing but excellent. He genuinely cares about his patients. He treated me with such care and helped me get through what seemed like the end of the world to me (his right hand Connie was also fantastic). Going back to see him every 3 days for a check/clean up helped me get better and I couldn’t be more happy about the doctor I chose to go see during this difficult time!

One of the staff was very RUDE AND LAZY....

WOULD RECOMMEND 100% I'm very picky about the doctors I go to. With that being said, Dr. Green and his staff were PHENOMENAL. Dr. Green was one of the best doctors I've been to. He was very sweet, personable (very funny, haha) and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in great detail, step by step and made sure I understood what my diagnosis was. I also find it very important that he was not trying to push me towards more drastic measures (like surgery) without exhausting all of my options first. Peggy was very sweet and accommodating which is something you do not find in a front desk person very often and Connie was very helpful in making me feel comfortable while the doctor was preparing to come in. Hi, I had a varicose vein on the back of my left leg, it was painful. Dr. Green treated the varicose vein, and after one treatment it was almost completely gone. I did do one follow up treatment, and I am happy with the results, and gladly recommend Dr. Green for this procedure. I can tell you it is well worth the cost. Thank you, Brenda

Dr. Green performed surgery on my foot four weeks ago. He explained everything about the procedure and answered all my questions. My recovery is going well and I did not have the pain others told me l would have. Dr. Green and his receptionist Peggy and nurse Connie are very personable and caring. I recommend the highly to anyone who looking for truly professional medical care.

Visited Dr. Green with a mysterious pain in my foot. He diagnosed it immediately as Morton's Neuroma and offered to show me a way to avoid pain in the future, as well as several treatment options, leaning towards the least invasive first . I would highly recommend him, and already have, to friends and family. Not to mention, he's got a great "bedside manner" and is very easy on the eyes ;.)

Great doctor with great staff. He was very easy to talk to explained things clearly listened to and answered all questions! The office was clean and organized. And the staff got me checked in and out quickly. I would highly recommend this Podiatrist to anyone looking for one!!!

Dr. Green treated my varicose vein. I had excellent results. Highly recommended.

Saw Dr. Green a few weeks ago for some persistent ankle pain after a bad sprain. His office was clean and organized. The staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Green was very kind and helpful. He was easy to talk to and explained things clearly. Green and the staff got me in and out quickly. I would highly recommended Dr. Green to anyone that needsto see a podiatrist !!!

This was my second visit to Dr. James Green’s office. For a fleeting moment, I thought I was visiting a world class spa. Not only were the office and amenities relaxing, but Dr. Green was very cordial and paid attention to my issues. My treatment was the finest one can expect and his professionalism was superb. I recommend this DR! I went to see Dr. Green as I was having pain in my foot, he has a good personality and not only was the visit very helpful and will likely lead to solving my foot pain, but he truly seemed to show concern. Most Doctors (or my experience) you feel rushed and they don't care as they just want to move on to the next patient, not Dr. Green he took his time and made sure all my questions were answered.
