I wish I could give 0 stars. Please avoid taking your babies to this guy. He is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Horrible bed side manner, does not explain anything. Acts very entitled. I have never made a complaint against a doctor before seeing this complete idiot. After informing Nemours of the terrible visit, James called me and told me he was NOT sorry. I want others to avoid the experience I had. Do not take your children to this doctor! I am not sure how he is a pediatric doctor to be honest with his trash attitude.

This is the most horrific Doctor a special needs family could ever see. He abuses his doctor power, does not read records and makes fun of syndrome kids and parents. Horrible is the least nasty word I could say.

Dr. Franciosi has our young man under his care and has done a wonderful job communicating with us regarding the intricacies of his care. Dr. Franciosi has also gone way above the call of duty by spending inordinate time outside his normal hours meeting with us and researching our boy's test results, etc. Dr. Franciosi CARES about our son - perhaps one of the MOST important attributes of caring for patients in need. Dr. Franciosi has our young man under his care and has done a wonderful job communicating with us regarding the intricacies of his care. Dr Franciosi is fantastic. We had been to several doctors and were either not successful at remedy for the issue or were not being listened to. Dr Franciosi took the time to understand what the issues were and got us back on track!!

Dr Franciosi is awesome. He is so nice and pearsonable. He is patient and will take as much time as you need to explain and discuss sections or options with you. He is the best.

I never experienced any problems with Dr. franciosi, he has always been concerned with my sons medical needs. My husband and I, both like him and feels he cares about our sons well being. I have recommnended him to friends and family.

Dr. Franciosi is amazing. He is great at getting right back to me when I email him. He takes time with us and answers every question we have. I would definitely refer him to friends and family.

He is perhaps the worst doctor out there. He treated my daughter and was the most arrogant, condescending, and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He ordered countless unnecessary procedures that actually harmed a three year old and refused to give us test results even when asked. Worst of all he tries to bully and intimidate patients with threats of contacting DCF. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
