Excellent, I was seen in a timely manner, for a high grade carotid blockage. I was was informed and well prepared for my surgery. The surgery went very well, a great team at WDH. He checked on me at the hospital and after. During, my post op visit I realized I was still dealing with some of the emotion and he was kind, supportive and reassuring.

James M Estes - This so called doctor nearly killed my mother, from the very beginning showed incompetency and very rude approach. After his injections my mother called the emergency next day because of severe pains in heart. Turned out this ***** damaged a vein and a blood clot formed in the lungs so now she needs extra 3 months to take medicines. He also YELLED at her when she came to find out what did he do with her and refused to look at med.docs given by emergency and other clinic. Explain to me why did your doctor yell at 60 y.o woman ?! Good doctors are not yelling at patients when cause a harm, but say they are sorry and try to figure out what has happened. NOT recommend this doctor at all. Very negative feelings. Moreover, this doctor prescribed medication which my mom is allergic to and she warned him before. Pretty clear this doctor doesn't care about the health of patients at all!

Dr Estes was very courteous and sincerely concerned that I am properly informed about my condition and interested in knowing that I am prepared for the ultimate, and also taking care of other health issues. He acknowledges and agrees with Dr Celis that an operation is too risky for me and I would not survive. He agrees that under the circumstances there is no reason to keep putting me through tests, and is satisfied with Dr Berry monitoring my health. I appreciate his kindness and compassion.
