This office pulls the façade of being wholesome and genuine. I went in for a sleep apnea oral appliance consultation. They reviewed my sleep studies and sold the idea of the mouth piece being the answer. They told me that they required an initial test that insurance didn’t cover, but assured me it was worth it. At this point they had my insurance information, but failed to inform me that it was out of network until after I paid $163 out of pocket for this initial test. The day after that test they called me and told me that the oral appliance was not only $3500 but also that my insurance wouldn’t cover it because it’s out of network. I was completely blown away that they did not disclose this information the first day I walked in and gave them my information. We called to see if we couldn’t get our money back because of it but the dentist wouldn’t even talk to us leaving me to believe it was intentional.

A routine exam took 3 hours and they didn't even get to my teeth cleaning. I had to reschedule for that. They didn't bother to tell me they were not in my insurance network, so I had to pay upfront for the appt. It's 5 weeks later and they still haven't billed my insurance despite a reminder call for them to do so!

I was searching for a GOOD family Dentist and was blessed by meeting Dr. Donley. I have had work done by many Dentist in my life and have NEVER had the honor of having been worked on by a Dentist of Dr. Donley's caliber. Having spent many years doing precision work in Machining and Machine Tool work - I know from first hand experience how rare it is to find someone who has a gift when it comes to handling precision instruments - Dr. James Donley has THAT GIFT!! He also has a FANTASTIC staff!

The best practice. Doc is an expert, extremely knowledgeable in dentistry. This practice is definitely not a cookie-cutter practice that our medical care of today has become. He and his staff are very thorough, professional and very courteous. It's very evident that their treatment encompasses the entire individual and not just the mouth.
