I had a surgical consult scheduled for mid Jan (that I made in Oct) and two weeks before my appt what sounded like a stuffy nosed teenager mumbled that he wouldn't be in the office that day. I'd need to reschedule and his soonest available was for late March! That's entirely unacceptable! It's my thumbs that need surgery for arthritis. They're in constant pain and nearly useless for work or daily functions. I was going to get my usual injections but couldn't because I had that appt. So for two and a half months I've been in constant pain without injections and I've got to wait two more months (of no income) . A Dr who doesn't care about what their patients are going through is not the kind of person I want operating on me. Pres referred me to NM Orthopedics and they have an opening in just a few weeks and were very professional. I recommend this Dr only if there are no other options and you're ready to not be taken seriously.

Had trigger finger on both hands. I do lots of computer work and could not allow something like this to slow me down. Very annoying symptoms. Dr. Clark did excellent surgery, and now both hands are back to normal. Very personable doctor, too. Helpful, detailed explanations of causes and prognoses.

It takes two months for me to get an appointment (two months!). The only spot available is the morning of Christmas eve. I'll take it. At 5:30 pm on a Friday night before my appointment, I receive two messages telling me the doctor will not be available and that I need to call back "as soon as possible to reschedule." I call back within 10 minutes...and get the doctor's answering service. There's nothing I can do until Monday. How rude. Who treats people like this?
