Dr Brown is an excellent doctor. He performed a complete laryngectomy in August of 2020. He and his team had an exceptional bedside manner and extreme patience. He always took the time to assure us when we were concerned. I cannot say enough about Dr Brown. He’s the best of the best.

I needed a surgeon to remove my thyroid and I found Dr Browne’s information and video on Wake Health website. After watching his video I knew he was the real deal full of compassion and concern for his patients and the love of his profession just overflowed in his voice! The moment I met him I knew he was for real. What a loving caring doctor he is!!!! He removed my thyroid 5/13/21 and has taken such great care of me since. I would encourage anyone with thyroid issues to call and make an appointment. I have referred my oldest daughter just recently. His experience is much greater than the Endocrinologist I started out with and what really impressed me is that he still loves what he is doing after many many years! What a great doctor! Dr. Browne saved me from having surgery years ago. He continues to watch my nodule and it has actually shrunk. I totally trust him with my care.

Dr. Brown did two ear surgeries that totaled eight hours. This was in the early ninties. He is outstanding at his job.
