I am happy with my FFS results, it took a while for me to get used to the difference after I healed, but it was definitely worth it.

I got my Facial Feminization Surgery done by Dr.Bradley. The staff at the office is very patient and understanding like they actually like being there. The environment is very calm and relaxing and clean as well. DrBradley is an amazingly skilled surgeon that I trusted my face in his hands and would do it again if I needed to. Lucky things are looking good, so I don't need to go back underi the knife. And his whole team is Super Amazing. The work they do is Outstanding. After two surgeries on my nose for a deviated septum I still can't breath on one side and the shape of my nose is misshapen. I don't know how this is considered cosmetic surgery. Over confident in his abilities.

I was recently referred to Dr. Bradley for cosmetic surgery and my experience with him and Sabrina, PA was wonderful! Dr. Bradley is a very sincere, caring, compassionate and kind person, not to mention a highly skilled surgeon. I am more than pleased with the surgical results and couldn’t be more appreciative of the excellent care that I received !!

First time he was nice but the second consultation he was an hour late to the appointment and after have me locked waiting for him for over an hour I walked out and he saw me and it was like seeing nobody when he knew I was waiting for him and then the assistant brought me back to the room to do more waiting. when dr. Bradley came barely talked to me and less than 5 minutes he only gave me of his quality time. Unbelievable. My surgery day it was going to be 2 weeks later so I canceled it cause I can’t go with a doctor under the knife that has such a big ego and just didn’t take his time with me as a patient. Dr Bradley patiently listened to all of my goals regarding FFS to formulate a tailor fit plan that works best for me. We discussed these goal and devised a plan over several appointments. Additionally, he employed the latest technology in imaging, ordered a CT scan of my facial structure, built a model with guides for my surgery and took 3D imaging of my face. When the day of the surgery arrived his surgical team was amazing. Sabrina the Physician Assistant held my hand as the anesthesia took effect. the 7-hour surgery seemed like it was just a moment later.. During my recovery an amazing group of Lenox Hill Hospital staff tended to my every need. De. Bradley stopped by on his day off to visit me in the hospital to check on my recovery. It’s been well over a month now and my face is healing well and the brushing is gone. I am starting to see results as expected. De, Bradley is an artist and Sabrina is Dr Bradley’s right hand person. I went to Dr. Bradley because I had a pre-melanoma on my upper arm that had to be excised. My dermatologist advised me to use a plastic surgeon because the excision would be deep and leave a bad scar. Dr. Bradley, his PA Sabrina, and the rest of the staff put me at ease and allayed my fears. I had complete confidence in him and I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to recommend him- he is caring and competent and very easy to talk to.

I had a Septorhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Bradley in February 2021. He and his PA Sabrina were beyond kind and caring throughout the whole process. The results far exceeded my expectations both aesthetically and functionally. I can finally comfortably breathe again after having trauma to the nose during childhood. Dr. Bradley provided very detailed explanation of the surgery process and after care during my pre-op appointments and took good care to making sure I was healing ok during my post-op appointments. I had a SeptoRhinoplasty with Dr. Bradley in Dec of 2020. I am still healing. My experience with him has been great. He’s super communicative and nice. Definitely knows what he is doing. His PA Sabrina is an amazing addition to his practice. They work well together. I am so glad I had my surgery done by Dr. Bradley. I wouldn’t change a thing!

I struck gold with Dr. Bradley. I suffered a traumatic accident leaving me with a severed cranial nerve impairing my smile. In addition, deep scarring from the original repair created discomfort with prolonged speech. I was very anxious, but Dr. Bradley exuded confidence and clearly explained the steps needed to recover function and comfort. His sutures were performed with precision and wound care follow-up has been stellar. Further, his entire staff has been excellent, from scheduling appointments (never kept me waiting while there!) to his assistants, which have been a refreshing change in navigating this seemingly never-ending ordeal. I can now focus on getting back to normal with confidence putting my new face forward. I will never forget this experience, with the first consultation done just before the COVID calamity, then on hold, and then getting clearance to get it done. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley to anyone seeking expertise and compassion. A big THANK YOU!

My daughter recently had very invasive surgery with Dr. Bradley she is still recovering. Dr. Bradley is an amazing surgeon very caring and always available when you need him. He also does frequent check-ups to make sure that you are okay. I highly recommended him he is very caring, responsible and knowledgeable.

I was actually nervous because it was my first surgery. I felt slightly better when I met Dr. Bradley but great when I saw my face in the mirror after my facelift for the first time. I LOVE MY FACELIFT!!!

I gave Dr. Bradley and his office 5 Stars because of my great experience. They have treated me like family. I entrusted him with taking care of me. He took great care. I have already recommended my sister to get her nose done by him.

I went to Dr. Bradley because I had broken my nose. My nose was always something that I had anxiety about because I felt it was rather large for my face. After an accident, it left my nose broken in a few places, making my nose was even worse. I also had a deviated septum, and always had sinus issues. Dr. Bradley went over what we can do, and I felt very confident in his plan. After surgery I cannot believe the transformation of my nose. It is PERFECT! Another ENT surgeon a few years ago told me I am unable to get surgery done because there isn't enough cartridge in my nose and other things that made me feel deterred from ever trying to get this done. After my surgery of 01/2020, I keep looking in the mirror with the results and as the swelling goes down each day, I love how it came out more and more! It is the perfect shape and very natural looking. I am so excited to be able to breath like a normal person too! Dr. Bradley is professional, nice, caring, and he does some serious magic. Dr. James Bradley was one of the many surgeons I considered for my surgery, when i met him i knew he met all the criteria! Sweet, experienced, and reassuring. He did not make me feel rushed and made me feel very comfortable, as a nurse i am very sensitive to what makes a good doctor. Dr Bradley created more than just a new face for me, he gave me my confidence back. My story is an interesting one. I was in a horrific car accident that broke every bone in my face. I started at cedar crest hospital but I couldn’t be moved, so we couldn’t find the right doctor to do the initial surgery. Not that my doctor didn’t do an excellent job (as the start) but I wanted someone who could make me look like me again. My mom found dr Bradley and the rest was history. His work was perfect. I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend him for any facial reconstruction that someone would acquire. I don’t look exactly like myself, by that I mean the way that I was born. But I am beautiful. Dr. Bradley is an excellent plastic surgeon. I was diagnosed with a tumor in my jaw when I was thirteen. At the time, other doctors suggested 3-4 reconstructive surgeries with partial removal of my tumor. Dr. Bradley suggested one surgery with complete removal of the tumor, and he operated within my mouth to not leave a scar on my face. His skills and kindness towards all his patients are amazing. My daughter was in a horrific car accident and is lucky to be alive and walking. She broke every bone in her face and her elbow. She started at Cedar Crest Hospital and had five surgeries. I wanted the best for my daughter and knew she needed more surgeries, so I searched and found Dr Bradley who was working at Temple Hospital in Philadelphia at the time. He performed four surgeries on her. He did an excellent job. He was very good at explaining everything before each surgery. She needed one more surgery and Dr Bradley moved to Long Island Hospital even though it was 2 1/2 hrs to get there we knew we didn’t want anyone else. So Dr Bradley performed the 10th and last surgery on my daughter. Again he did an excellent job. My daughter is beautiful again and has her confidence back. We can’t thank Dr Bradley enough! He is not only an excellent surgeon but has a great personality who truly cares. We would highly recommend him for anyone that needs facial surgery! I definitely wouldn’t recommend him for plastic surgery.

I recently had upper eyelid surgery for saggy eyelids. I was self conscious about it and Dr. Bradley made me feel at ease, answering all my questions. I had the procedure and I love the results. I look 10 years younger. The recovery was not a big deal and Dr. Bradley followed up with me several times. He is a very skilled surgeon and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr Bradley is an amazing craniotomy-facial plastic surgeon! I had the pleasure of working with him and seeing his work!

Probably the best Plastic Surgeon in the city. I had a procedure with him that changed my life. I had a jaw issue that I was embarrassed about and he made me feel immediately comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in looking and feeling better.

The results of my procedure exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Bradley is extremely skilled and professional. I recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Bradley did an excellent job removing a large growth from my face. I was quite concerned as the lesion was very close to my eye. He calmed my fears and I was very pleased with the results. He was professional and trustworthy, and I would highly recommend him.

I had surgery with Dr. Bradley at UCLA to open up an airway from a broken nose. The surgery ended up perforating my septum and making my nasal structure very mobile, basically would wiggle side to side. The next surgery I had to correct the perforation made the whole bigger. The third surgery I had the doctor for no apparent reason and no explanation remove my entire septum/dorsum then sliced open my forehead 5inches to drill into my sinus cavity to procure cartilage. I am disfigured.
