Watch their billing. Due to an error on their end, I'm stuck with a 20,000 dollar bill. Nice. Horrible. Do not recommend all!!

Terrific doctor he will listen to your problem and offer solutions. Will explain the steps to follow and easy to understand language. Staff is real friendly and if you have an emergency he will see you right away.

Denise, is the office manager, if you have medicaid, be careful with Denise, she never even checked with medicaid before my upper eye lift, to see if I was covered, so I paid cash, and then it was covered by medicaid, she told me when medicaid pays us you will be reimbursed, Denise never sent the bill to medicaid and it's been three months, I'm waiting for a refund and she never submitted the bill. I can't even believe this, so I have to call the Doctor again tomorrow because again Denise didn't do her job. By the way, the Dr. Does a great job !!! Omg I’m 74 years old and I have never, ever had a doctor like doctor Aronovitz. I have trigeminal neuralgia, and I’ve had it for 8 years. It’s the most painful disease on your face that you can ever imagine. I’ve been to every doctor, neurologist, kinesiologist, you name it and I’ve been to see them. No one could help me until someone referred me to Dr. Aronovitz. He’s been a life saver. He’s given me my life back and it’s without taking any medication. All any other doctor wanted to do is prescribe medication that has a lot of side effects. He’s so sympathetic and caring and sincere. If you have trigeminal neuralgia or know of anyone who has it, you have to make an appointment today. I promise, you will not be sorry.

Dr. Aronovitz is an excellent physician. He’s personable and caring. I wish he was a primary care doc to take care of me and my family. His staff is friendly and kind. If you need an ENT, he’s your man.

Dr Aronovitz is the best ..He knew exactly what my problem was within minutes and was able to treat it. This was by far one of THE best doctor's appointments I had EVER had! Staff was SO friendly and personable, I wish I had to go back. But Dr. Aronovitz knew exactly what my problem was within 5 minutes and made me feel 100% better with a simple solution. Dr Aronovitz is amazing, he treated me, and some of my family members. his bedside manner is phenomenal and answers any questions you have...I would recommend him to anyone needing an ENT, or looking for facial plastic surgery or hair transplant...

Drs care was great however after giving the staff my insurance information which they never checked but did have my old ins info from 2015 on file. So after seeing the Dr twice I received a nice bill for over 400$ when I called i was told it was not their responsibly to check ins. Well Dr if your a/r is extremely high this would be a reason. Your insurance coordinator needs to replaced along with your office manager her customer service lacks and does not hold the staff accountable for their job! Dr. A and his staff are amazing.. extremely professional and priced perfectly. I would recommend Hair and Facial Plastics Institute to anyone thinking about a procedure.

I've worked with Dr. Aronovitz and even produced videos of his technique on hair restoration. This guy is the real deal. I didn't realize how far the technology has come in the past 10 years, but the results are fantastic. There's no magic pill or cheapy lotion that will fix hair loss. This is the real option. Highly recommend him.

Literally exactly what you're looking for in a doctor of this nature. He's calm, cool, relaxed, funny, but very serious about his patients. I trust this man with my life and have since I started losing my hair at 20 years old! Since he did so well with my restorations over the years I've had him complete other facial work for me as well. My life would be completely different without this man and I am forever grateful for him, you will be too!
