I left a review previously and would like to edit. I was very upset at the time. The review should not have been against Dr. Doulat. It was more about his office. I have seen him and Dr. Bellew and still feel they could be more thorough. This time when I went I was asked for my copay, at which time I told them they charged me too much last time and showed them my EOB. I was not charged for this visit. I saw Alexis Elliott this visit and I liked her. She seemed more thorough.

I had a biopsy from another derm Dr in Lake Havasu, but did not to have the recommended Mobs surgery from them because I couldn't pronounce his name, & they couldn't get me in soon enough. Needles to say, Delotte turned out to be Daulat- so I should have gone to the original Dr ! Anyway- I was recommended MOHs surgery on the instep of my foot... Daulat has a good referral (for some reason?) out here in Lake Navasu & Laughlin, NV. I had researched the MOHS procedure & thought I was in good hands... BUT as soon after he cut out the nice LITTLE spot from my foot, another person -this "Clint", I asked, came in to close the surgery. He missed me off right away by telling me he "would have to cut a little more" & trying to block me from watching him do it. Long story short- he butchered! my foot !!! He had NO idea what MOHS stands for & I'm a seemstress & could have done a way better job than him !!! All this practice did was charge me for the more expensive surgery but do just a cut !!!

Dr Daulat was very professional and explained everything in detail. The procedure he performed was accomplished quickly and almost pain free. I highly recommend him for outstanding work and knowledge.

He is very thorough, and personable. His office is well operated. I would go back again with great confidence. They contacted me quickly with my results.

I was referred to Dr Daulat who quickly diagnosed my ailment and prescribed appropriate medications. I followed his recommendations diligently and the condition is now minimized and comfortably manageable. Dr Daulat is most courteous and reassuring. He readily dealt with my questions and concerns. His colleagues and staff seem very polite, caring and helpful.

Got in and out of the office quickly. Dr. is extremely knowledgeable and professional as is the staff. Could not be happier. You can tell the staff actually enjoy working at this office. It definitely shows in their attitudes!!

This was the worst medical experience I've had in my life. They treat you like cattle in a stockyard. My last visit was for MOHS surgery, and later that evening I ended up in the ER due to excessive bleeding. this cost my insurance company several hundred dollars due to the poor care. I will never return or recommend this group of so called doctors.

Very poor bedside manner and suturing skills.

The team it self does a good job of patient care but the infection control in the practice does not meet the standard. Assistant picked up pen off floor with procedure gloves on. Dr. Daulat has no bed side manor just starts his procedures without much explanation.
