Went to Dr Nieto with my wife,who was is crying pain and he did absolutely nothing at all for her to at least relieve some of her pain.She couldn’t even lift her arm and we left with no hope.He prescribed ibuprofen which I can buy at a gas station.He is a Heartless person enough said .

Needed an “emergency” surgery and had one by Nieto. During recovery he brushed off what I was a feeling which was progressively getting worse. He brushed it as “part of the recovery”. As a professional dancer/athlete I know my body. He made things worse for me which affected my quality of life, my career, and my mental health.

My mom had her appointment rescheduled THREE times by the doctor. She goes in on her 4th scheduled appointment because no one called to cancel, she gets there, and they tell her she's not scheduled. She loses it because this would've been the 4th time they had rescheduled her. They "make room" for her, and they do a series of tests on her only to then tell her that she will not be seen by the doctor today because he cancelled all his remaining appointments. Dr Nieto did a Lamenoctomyctomy and I m so happy I chossed him after 3 second opinion. High bed side manners and his surgical team are awesome.His office staff the best. Thankfully.

I needed to see a neurosurgeon and was referred to Dr. Jaime Nieto. I prepared myself to hear that I might need surgery. I hated that idea! Instead, Dr. Nieto took the time to review all of my MRI reports and explain them to me so that I could understand what was going on. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I left his office informed and relieved! I found Dr. Nieto to be kind, understanding, reassuring, and knowledgeable.

I practically owed my life to this great doctor whom I met by chance when needed an emergency laminectomy which my pain management quack & the Downtown Hospital botched 2 my back lumbar spine surgeries & went back in trying to correct it & left me went paraplegic on the night of my birthday! I was sent to NYHQ for tests & ended up w/ Dr. N stopping my spinal infection from murdering me plus regaining all my bodily functions & mobilities! I can't thank Dr. N enough to let me reclaim my freedom!!

I would like to publicly commend both Dr. Nieto and Nurse Bart for their excellent service at NY Presbyterian Hospital and New York Queens Medicine & Surgery PC in Queens, NY. In the past 5 months, I have postponed a microdiscectomy twice, and now plan to have the surgery in April. During these months, I have met with Dr. Nieto and his nurse, Cellandia Bart, on two occasions, and I have spoken to Nurse Bart on the phone many times. I have been consistently impressed with the professionalism of both Dr. Nieto and Nurse Bart. Dr. Nieto, in particular, is a very ethical and honest surgeon. While many surgeons are in a rush to perform surgeries, Dr. Nieto has been patient and helpful, and has encouraged me to take my time and allow for natural healing before deciding to have surgery. Nurse Bart, despite her hectic schedule, always returns my calls and tries to help however she can. Briliant doctor. Excelent diagnostician. Very profesional. I struggle for years with excruciating pain .I end up in the hospital not able to walk anymore and Dr Nieto in only 5 minutes made my live whole again by finding the solution to my problem . He make you fill that you count and you are not some anonimus patient. I will be gratefull for as long as i live.
