I am very sorry for you! I do not believe you ever saw medication in the rooms and I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes. I usually get in the back in less than 15 minutes. And for procedures they are really quick. I have been seeing these folks for years and never saw them mistreat anyone.

Dr Lim is great. His staff not so great Since he moved. U cant get anyone to answer phone or call u back. Disgusting.

This guy put totally false information in my patient record. The most egregious among many inaccuracies was that I was both bowel and bladder incontinent. That is false. I have never experienced either. He told me at an appointment that I had told him that a back injection had brought 100% relief. This is totally false. The injections didn't help much at all. I told him they didn't help much but he said he was going ahead with the cauterization. No need for it if the injections help, right? He did the cauterization on me and that made my condition worse. After finding the inaccuracies in my patient record over almost 2 years I decided to leave this guy. He couldn't be trusted. Nor did he correct the information after I told him it was wrong. My next doctor told me that Dr. Lim suspected me of being a drug addict or having a problem with narcotics. That was in my patient record also. I've never had such a problem, but my next Doc was suspicious of me. He has caused me trouble

He is a wonderful doctor. Explain where you can understand what is going on. I would highly recommend him to evo.

Dr Lim has been my Dr for over 2 yrs now. I was scared to go to a pain dr because of all the horror stories you hear about drugs & addiction etc & I thought all they did was push narcotics. But Dr Lim has tried so many alternative options for me and is just as leary as I am about prescriptions, if not even more so. He always takes the time to listen to me & answer any & all questions I may have. He is one of the rare dr’s that makes me feel like we are on a “team” discussing and coming up with a plan of care and trying different options to find what improves my day to day quality of life that fits & works the best for me as an individual. He seems to GENUINELY care... I never feel like “just another patient” to him. And his staff, Ashley & Stephanie, are so sweet...always smiling & giving hugs & going that extra step to provide a comfortable experience. I’m so grateful for all 3 of them & glad I gave them a chance to help me! In the beginning I could barely get out of bed in the mornings due to pain but now, while not pain-free, my pain is at a much more tolerable level most days and my quality of life has improved greatly. I’m able to do much more than before Dr Lim. I would highly recommend him to anyone having pain (with realistic expectations.)

Wait time for every appointment is more than an hour past the appointment time. Never explains any possible side effects of the meds he prescribes. Needing a current MRI for the surgeon, but he will not order one without a follow up appointment. Had to wait two months to be seen, and it is currently and hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment time and I still have not been seen yet.

Crap doctor who overschedules and makes you wait 2 hours past your appr time to be seen. Who schedules 5 patients with all of them having the same appt time? Additionally, this is the second time they canceled/rescheduled my appointment without notifying me. also they keep pills on an unsecured sharps container in patient rooms where they could easily grab a handful of pills in the 30 minutes you wait in the room to be seen.

Dr. Lim is not a board certified neurologist, he missed a disease that affects my brain. In fact it took him 3 months to look at my lab results, by then my levels doubled and he acted like it was my fault. I would not ever recommend his office or any physicians in on the sign.

Dr.Lim and his staff is amazing very helpful quick to respond and very friendly, I highly recommend this group to everyone. I am now pain free do to them. Thanks so much .

Likelihood of recommendation...NONE!!My adult children have been seeing him for a progressive neurological disease. He prescribed prescribed wheelchair and a shower chair back in Nov. Now that the DME is finally working o the order, he won't sign order on the paperwork. I guess we will have to find a new doc and start from scratch. It will be more than 6 months to get this redone!!! He's going into 'pain management'. More money there, I guess.
