Dr. Jaime Alkon

My nephew was seen by Dr.Alkon as an URGENT(STAT) referral. The report was to be sent back to his PCP the same day. It took 3 days after the visit with multiple calls from my sister and the primary care office to obtain the note. My sister had to drive his office in person twice, once on the morning of day #4 right before for the follow up to primary care appointment. The primary care provider called each day and were told it was faxed. This is not someone I would recommend or feel confident for an opinion when it comes to someone you care about.

Dr Alkon was highly impressive and also very funny. He made me feel comfortable while scanning my baby heart and explaining into details what he was looking at as a professional. Highly recommend him as a Cardiologist had two appointments with him and came out with a smile everything looks GREAT.. El Dr. Alkon es impressionable y chistoso. El como doctor lo recomiendo una porque el explica el procedimiento con detalles y hace sentir pacientes a paz cuando un doctor se toma su tiempo con uno definitivamente es pasion a su carrera. Hello. I rate Dr. Alkon with a 5 star service. If more stars were available I would simply provide more. Dr. Alkon experience has been superior from day 1 of my journey. I started my journey at 13weeks with learning my baby was diagnosed with a heart condition. I was simply devasted. My experience with another Dr. left me and my family with many uncertainties. However when I met with Dr. Alkon I left knowing he was the newest member of my family. Dr. Alkon actively listened and provided a service as an advocate for the best interest of me and my baby. I truly believe he is God sent for the level of care he's provided. Mentally I am in a much better state to prepare for surgery. Dr. Alkon connected me with top of the line surgeon's to allow me to make an informed decision. For this I will truly be grateful ??. More importantly I am more comfortable knowing he will provide care for my baby once she arrive. Thank you for the white glove service and caring Dr. Alkon.

I was sent to Dr. Alkon at around 20-weeks because my OB believed my baby may have possible VSD (ventricular septal defect). I saw Dr. Alkon three times between weeks 20 and 31. I was nervous to go as of course you don't ever want anything to be wrong. From the first phone call with Alyssa to schedule the appointment to the last visit I recently had...my experience couldn't have been better. Dr. Alkon is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and explains everything incredible well and in a comforting way. I always felt I was given 100% of his attention and was never rushed. He always spent ample time with me and made me feel as though my baby and I were his #1 priority during my visits. My baby never wanted to cooperate for ultrasounds and made the images he was trying to get challenging but with his patience and expertise, we were able to do it and get the answers that we needed (and it was the answer I wanted to hear, thank God!). I highly recommend Dr. Alkon!!

I have been seeing Dr. Alkon since just after my 20 week ultrasound when my baby was found to have arrhythmia. During each visit, he explained everything thoroughly to ensure I understood what was going on my with my baby and helped me be reassured of a resolution. Dr. Alkon travelled to see me and was very flexible with appointments in order to work around my schedule. If I had any urgent questions I was allowed to contact him for help. Each visit he showed that he cared about me ane My baby!

Dr Alkon is amazing. We met Dr Alkon under unfortunate circumstances when my daughter was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and was hospitalized. He has been a blessing in our lives since then. He spends time to sit and explain every little detail and possible actions to me and my daughter. I love that he speaks to my daughter as if she is his own child, he always asks if she has questions, he speaks to her directly and ensures she understands. He is genuinely invested in his patients.

Dr. Alkon will make you feel comfortable by answering and explaining all your questions. Also the staff are very friendly.

I had to see Dr. Alkon because I have an autoimmune disease that could cause heart blockages to the baby. I had yo see DR. Alkon on a regular basis to monitor the baby heart. Dr. Alkon is very professional and he explain to you every detail and is always asking you if you have any question. Not like other doctor, he takes his time and explain every detail so you don't feel worry as he looks at the baby heart. I recommend Dr. Alkon.
