* Dr. Shah is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor to have on your side! He took the time to really figure out my pain and solution when many other doctors couldn't and didn't. If you want someone to really understand your pain and to take action to illuminate it, he is the person for you ! Thank you Dr. Shah !

I waited one hour in the exam room for Dr. Shah during my appointment. After his no show at one hour, I left. I directed my family doc to find me another neurologist.

Absolutely horrible in every aspect! Terrible doctor and staff communication, follow through, record keeping, diagnosis and patient care. Would give a 0 if possible.

Dr. Jagdish Shah is a great neurologist. He’s very caring and called me frequently after he referred me to a neurosurgeon to check on how I was doing. Very intelligent and knows what he’s talking about.

I just called to pay a bill with the office. Sarah the person answering the phone was very rude and said to me that she does not need this now. Then she told me to call back which I did and placed on hold and did not return. Maybe Dr Shah is a good doctor but his staff stinks in customer relations.

Dr. Shah is a very intelligent man and a kind and caring doctor. You can’t find better care anywhere.

If you like being treated like you really don't matter then this is the place for you. They are really good at making you feel like you are a bother to them. Don't waste your time if you are looking to get answers and/or to be treated with respect. Receptionist is beyond rude. I RARELY write negative reviews but all 3 of my experiences at this office have been egregious! I wanted to warn people. Called office multiple times to get a release of meds, and after 2 weeks it's still not done! Will never take my mother back!
