Very nice and polite. She cares and is very concern about the patient as well as the family. I'm able to all questions and get proper response. Thank you Dr Jacobs for everything.

She saved me from having to go under the knife with an orthopedic surgeon who wanted to put a screw in the ball of my foot which was shaped more like a "C" He didn't know if it was from an injury or if I was born that way. Dr Jacobs prescribed large doses of ibuprofen for a short period of time because she told me it was simply inflamed and once I got the inflamation down it would be fine. Sure enough that took care of it she also suggested I used tennis shoes that had the pronation on the inner part to keep the weight off of the ball of my foot. I've never had an issue since and this was several years ago. The reason I went in was for an ingrown toenail. She explained they came from simply not cutting the entire nail when you cut them. I had gotten it as a result of a pedicure. So I do my own pedicures now and I'm so pleased with her. She listened to me and came up with solutions. She is the only foot doctor I would ever consider going to.

Unsterile and unsanitary. She didn’t clean my sons feet and the tools came from a box sitting in who knows what. My sons toes look worse than ever. She opened the door with her bloody gloves still on!!

Instead of a permanent fix to my ingrown toenail she cut the nail off at an angle with unsterilized clippers. (Yes, I said unsterilized). When I asked her about a permanent fix like I had done with the other foot she said that was too painful. It is painful every time the nail grows out again. I could have cut my own toenail but Dr. Jacobs wanted to keep me coming back for office visit charges. An insurance gouger plain and simple.
