My mom, who is in her 70's, went to visit this doctor's office with a hairline fracture in her middle finger and a torn tendon on her ring finger. Even though my mom has traveled to Redondo Hand Center twice, she has never met or spoken to Dr. Jacqueline Redondo, and has only been seen by the P.A. Christopher Lehnhoff. Unfortunately, the P.A. has not explained any proper diagnosis or offered any pain management, even though it's been requested. However, they did, after neglecting my mother, advise her to have surgery! This was without having had a proper CT scan of her hand. I truly believed they purposely waited for it to get to a point of no return. I really do not like to complain about physicians. But this office it’s the worst office my husband has ever gone too. To start off you never see Dr. Redondo. All you ever see is her Physician Assistant. He suffers from severe arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome on both of his hands. The last time he was there thE PA gave my husband an injection in his hand in the right finger that he almost passed out, that’s how painful it was. Jacqueline is a fantastic surgeon. She has operated on me three times so far for dupuytren contracture, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel. No complaints she is my first choice.

So I went for my first appointment at this clinic and walked out before being seen. Why ? Well as a retired healthcare professional I was appalled by the front desk staff. I was early and she was obviously annoyed and told me she would see to me in 1/2 hour. Subsequently she answered a phone call from a patient on SPEAKER phone. The caller was obviously elderly and the entire time the patient was trying to speak, the clerk was mocking her to another staff member whom we did not see. This person should not be practicing Medicine. She Misdiagnosed the infection I had in my Left hand index finger, (also my Dominant hand). She thought I had Tendinitis and gave me a steroid injection, which made the infection spread to my whole hand to my wrist. Then, because of the swelling, (my hand looked like a cartoon character) she sent me to a Rheumatologist because she thought I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. That Doctor ordered an MRI and a complete Blood work analysis and everything came back Normal, other than the swelling. So he put me on Prednisone regiment for 12 days, and to no avail. It just got worse. Finally after 4 months Miss Redondo, (I will not Disrespect the Medical Profession by calling her Doctor) scheduled surgery. After surgery, I was sent home that same and never spoke to Ms. Redondo. My first visit after surgery was 5 days later, however Ms. Redondo never saw me, her assistant changed my bandage, and scheduled a second post op visit 22 days after my surgery. Ms. Redondo informs me that I need to see a INFECTIOUS DISEASE Doctor as soon as possible, because I have a serious infection in my hand. She also informed me, that she had another patient some time ago that had a very similar infection, and that she had to preform several debridement surgeries on this patient. My mother has undergone 2 different surgeries, of course for different hand. I did not have any problems, The staff was very nice and helpful. They verified insurance and took care of everything. Do not know why she has bad reviews. Physician assistant and Dr. Redondo have great bed side manners explain everything to us in details. No complaints

After carlpotunal and trigger finger surgery on same hand at same time, I went back to work in a week, after two weeks, No more pain.
