I was referred there when I moved here from Florida. I was only there for one visit but I was very satisfied and have my next appointment in May.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Brubaker for my Glaucoma after he was highly recommended by my Ophthalmologist. The office has state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained staff. Dr. Brubaker was kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He carefully explained my options and gave me his recommendations. I appreciated that Dr. Brubaker answered all of my questions. I have seen other Glaucoma Specialists during the last 11 years, but I feel that I received superior care and treatment from Dr. Brubaker. I would highly recommend Dr. Brubaker especially to people with Glaucoma.

Everyone is very friendly, fast and knowledgeable.

Appointments are always prompt. Dr, Brubaker portrays self confidence, made me less afraid of the surgery.

He did excellent job. I had glaucoma transplant. He is 5 star.

Everyone in Dr. Brubaker's office was very welcoming, courteous, and professional. Dr. Brubaker himself took time to explain my optons and answer all my questions. I love the handout they provided, which succinctly summarizes the features and cost of each option.

He is kind, and does not waste time. His office is inviting and everyone heats you well. I trust him treating my glaucoma.

From the first phone contact, through the check in at the desk, to the medical support staff who walked me to the room, to the MD who examined my eyes and diagnosed a before overlooked serious condition, which left untreated would have resulted in my going blind, I was treated with concern, dignity and top notch professionalism. When I get there the staff takes care of me immediately I never have to wait very long and the doctors as well as all the medical staff make me feel very safe and secure in that their concern for me is foremost in their mind. Unfortunately because of my personal routine I have often this appointments. They don't make me feel bad about it they simply reschedule me as quickly as they can. I have no desire to consider changing doctors or facilities. I've had one operation on one eye it was very successful and I eagerly wait when I told I can have the second operation on my other eye. Had a great experience clean friendly, very informative , and answered all our questions and concerns.

It was nearly a 55 minute wait past my appointment, but once I was able to enter the office, the service was great!

Dr. Brubaker is a wonderful doctor. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and he’s always friendly. I had eye surgery for early onset glaucoma a few years back and my then doctor told me I would never get off my three times a day eyedrops. After examining my eyes, Dr. Brubaker determined I could be off all the drops and started removing one drop at a time until I was eyedrop free. So happy about that and never knew it was possible. Dr. Brubaker is a very caring and skilled glaucoma specialist. He performed a surgical procedure that reduced the pressure in my eye since all the drops I tried stopped working. I feel confident that I always receive the best medical care from Dr, Brubaker. Thank you.

Great doctor but when they are behind schedule the patient is not informed. I have waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 minutes in the back patient room. I believe we should be told in advance giving the patient an opportunity to reschedule.

I was late for my appointment and dr was still able to see me. I have a new med to take for my Glaucoma as Dr Brubaker is very experienced and knows how to solve my eye problems.

Great office experience. Am so thrilled Dr. Brubaker has a team now in Lincoln; from front desk, to technicians who administer the tests; they are all excellent!

Dr Brubaker is helping me keep my glaucoma under control. He is knowledgeable, skillful and answers my questions directly. Lincoln location staff is great and although they are busy they are efficient and kind.

Receptionist so helpful given I was using new insurance coverage. Very patient, cooperative and informative. Dr. Brubaker always explains my treatment and discusses my concerns. Very pleased with Lincoln office location.

Dr Brubakers staff was rude. we waited over 45 minutes with the office obviously over booked and then the rude receptionist come out and tell my mother she would have to reschedule because she only had Medicare coverage. They needed a suplimenyary insurance to see her. What ever happened to some one paying cash for their share of cost? I wouldn’t trust this doctor! INCOMPETANT, unorganized office!!!

Dr. Brubaker performed a successful trabeculectomy to treat my glaucoma. During the course of my 35 year treatment for glaucoma, I have seen approximately a dozen well-qualified ophthalmologists while undergoing several surgeries on both eyes. I was referred to Dr. Brubaker because I was maxed out on eye-drop therapy and needed a third trabeculectomy on my 'good eye'. He is a very skilled eye surgeon and he is appropriately confident, but cautious. I recommend him highly!

I was referred to the Dr Jacob Brubaker around 1.5 year ago from my previous glaucoma specialist Dr Collin Arnold (Sierra Eye Care practice). I was worry about how good is my new specialist after 5 years being Dr Arnold patient (very good glaucoma specialist) before I met Dr Burbaker. Now I have my both eyes with no glaucoma symptoms at all! My eye pressure now 12 and 18, was 24 and 25. I take NO medications now and my eye balls are white and my vision is clear. It is a great experience be a patient of Dr Brubaker. Two absolutely successful, painless glaucoma surgeries performed by Dr Brubaker changed my life. Dr Brubaker is a great glaucoma specialist! He performed two absolutely successful and painless glaucoma surgeries on my both eyes. Now I have my both eyes with no glaucoma symptoms at all!
