My daughter is a patient of Dr. Kayser's. She has been for the past two years, and we travel 3 hours to be seen by her. Anytime I have a question about my child's health or need a refill on her medication my phone calls are returned within the same day if for some reason I am unable to get through and speak to someone initially. I could see an allergist in the same area that I live in but as a family we chose to travel because her and her clinical staff make my daughter and myself feel at ease when it comes to my daughter's health. Anytime I have a question about my child's health or need a refill on her medication my phone calls are returned within the same day if for some reason I am unable to get through and speak to someone initially. I could see an allergist in the same area that I live in but as a family we chose to travel because her and her clinical staff make my daughter and myself feel at ease when it comes to my daughter's health.

Dr. Kayser is such a friendly, knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to explain and educate. We plan to continue seeing her for my son’s food allergies and will most likely be seeing her soon for seasonal allergies with my other two children. If you need an allergist, look no further!

My daughter and I were very concerned about her son. Dr. Kayser was amazing! She spoke directly to my grandson and was able to help us with a plan. My daughter will continue to drive in from Waco to get the best care from Dr. Kayser!

Dr. Kayser has been so wonderful as we have learned to navigate raising a child with a severe food allergy. We are thankful for her outstanding guidance.

Dr. Kayser is the best! She is an expert in her field, caring, compassionate and has a true gift communicating with kids and reassuring parents. All I have to say is they are awesome and staff is friendly and fast

We had a great visit. Dr. Kayser was easy to work with and answered all my questions. She did a great job of trying to connect with my son. He is not the most cooperative at the Doc. office.

Dr. Kayser was extremely personable and truly cares about her patients. She took time to explain everything that would be done and the plan of care moving forward.

Dr. Kayser has been seeing my son for severe food allergies since he was 7 months old (he is now 2 years old). She and her nurses have been absolutely wonderful with my son's care during in person visits and virtual visits. If there was ever anything I was concerned or unsure about regarding his allergies, I would leave a voicemail for a nurse and I always got a response within the first two hours. She works together with his dermatologist to help find a solution from an allergist standpoint to help find relief and a solution to his eczema. After a horrible experience from a phlebotomist trying to draw his blood, we avoided doing it for over a year. The phlebotomist from her office (Luciano) was heaven sent! He made my son comfortable and spoke through everything he was doing and my son never cried during the blood draw or after, then he gave him a bunch of stickers. Overall, I will continue to see Dr. Kayser and her team because they continue to give us a positive experience and truly care for my son's health. Their office is insanely strict with being on time but their Drs aren’t. They re-ask every question 4 times and say that the previous questions are in a different system.. if you are going to cancel patients that aren’t on time then I expect more from your drs. It goes both ways.

My son was a patient 15 yrs ago and all I got from her and her staff was the run around. Couldn't get my son's refills without the run around. Then they wouldn't fill his prescription without another doctor visit. She is all about the money and doesn't care about her patients! She is very RUDE and I wouldn't recommend anyone to her. I can't say enough about the wonderful care my son received from Dr. Kayser and Nurse Anna. I called first thing in the morning to talk about issues my son was having and was in the office that afternoon. The staff was wonderful from check in to check out.

My daughter suffered from extreme eczema and skin reactions for 10 years. Every other allergist or dermatologist just kept prescribing more and more steroids or creams to apply but never figured out what was causing these extreme reactions where only oral steroids would clear them up. Thankfully we found Dr. Kayser. She got to the bottom of what was actually causing the reactions and severe eczema! Now my daughter has been off of ALL allergy meds for a year with no flare ups. We are so extremely grateful for Dr. Kayser and to top it off, she is very personable and has great bedside manner. My daughter suffered from extreme eczema and skin reactions for 10 years. A very easy appointment. Immediately welcomed and taken back to room. Nurse came in prior to me be being anole to complete the intake paperwork. Dr. Kayser was friendly, answered all questions, and scheduled testing. Overall a very quick appointment and very pleasant doctor visit.

Dr Kayser and her staff are excellent! Dr Kayser and Nurse Ana go above and beyond to make your little one feel comfortable. My son is 3 and hates going to the Dr, but didn't skip a beat at his visit. My son has really bad allergies and we believe asthma as well. They helped us get him farmilliar with the inhaler and made it not so scary. Which is a feat in itself when it comes to medicine at his age. Now he's a champ! We have defiantly found our forever Dr. ??

Wait times are insane - always running late, and we're talking an hour plus each time I've visited with my daughter, which is annually over the course of 4 years. Trying to get an appt, ridiculous too - availability and wait time to even schedule. The amount of time the Dr. spends with you is tiny and really are usually things that could have been handled via the phone. We always leave there going, "that's it?"...

Do not care about patients. My son has allergies and his prescription expired and I called for 3 days to get it refilled and finally heard back that they cannot refill it without an office visit. It is for Nasonex and he really needs it. Seem to be more about about making money off patients and insurance and not about caring for your patients well being. Do not care about patients.
