Dr. Chalabi and Karen are like family. I am so glad we found them have been coming here for years. This Dr. Is why I would continue to drive over 45 minutes. Dr.Chalabi always takes time to listen and is extremely knowledgeable, patience, and very professional so is Karen. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chalabi.

My friend said he is the best doctor in the area and referred me to his office too.

Dr. Chalabi is the BEST and so is his assistant Karen. He’s been my primary care for 14 years. I have chronic health issues and have seen many doctors over the years; none of them have been as caring, personable, thorough, and on top of my healthcare as Dr. Chalabi. He leaves no stone unturned. They are a very busy practice, so at times the phone hold times can be excessive. But unlike some other practices, whenever I leave a phone message or e-mail them, they’ve always gotten back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Whenever I request medication refills, they get it done without the hassle that I’ve experienced with other doctors. He is really serious about his patient’s health. I'm so happy to have Dr. Chalabi I highly recommend him if you need an excellent Doctor. He do not rush when he come into your room to see you and always very helpful if you listen to what he have to say on your behalf. His Nurse Karen is angle in my eyes always helpful no matter what you are going through. So happy to have both of them helping me with my health. Thanks for excellent team work job well done. Excellent in diagnosis and treatment.

I have been going here for over 5 years. Dr.Chalabi is awesome and his staff are a reflection of him. I always refer him to anyone that is looking for a great primary care doctor.

Dr. Izzat Chalabi was amazing in the way he took care of me, checking every detail. After almost 15 years I found a Doctor that took the time and effort to check everything out, completely. He was patient, kind & very thorough. I am very happy that I found him. He is my doctor from now on.

Dr. Chalbi has been caring for me for over 10 years. He is personable, knows me on site, and always takes great care of me.

He listens to you, and he is very precise in diagnosing your symptoms. He is also polite, and professional.

Dr. Chalabi is a wonderful doctor. I have had him for several years and will keep him as long as he is in practice. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He listens intently and talks to you with such ease. You feel so much better after you leave his office. His nurse Karen is as remarkable as he is. Even though the reason I go to him is because I am not feeling well, I feel a lot better after I have seen him. He really is a joy. We need more doctors like him!

I highly recommend him! He has good bed side manners. And doesn't rush you out of his office like most Drs do.He also listens to what you are saying to him. He really cares and tries to find out what is wrong with you!!

The Dr is good but his staff is absolutely terrible. I know everyone has their own experience but I have had to wait a month and a half to get a refund check after being erroneously charged. The administrative staff is less than competent and the process of billing is antiquated and outdated. I would not recommend anyone to this practice. Office visits for on going aging, and symptoms related to that process. I have been a patient for many years, and find Dr Chalabi professional, courteous and sympathetic. The office staff, from sign in, to check out are also polite, friendly and courteous.
