I see dr Bhurgri from this office, and he has turned my life around. Love the way I am treated and taken Care of here.

I was a patient of Dr Bhurgri, I seen him for a less then a year where he switched my medicine constantly and I know that’s normal with a new dr but what I don’t agree with is, when I struggled on this new medicine and missed my appointment because I was having trouble remembering things. They dropped me as a patient. I only missed two appointments and the second appointment I made clear to the office that I may not be able to make it and was not informed that I would be dropped if I missed it. They told me I would have a fee. After being dropped I was completely cut off from my dr. And keep being told management will call me back but they never do. I’ve called 4 times!! So now I’m left with a 30 day supply of medicine that sends me into emotional ups and downs and no dr to help me through during COVID. I’ve gained 30 pounds since I’ve started with them. I don’t know what’s going to happen after this 30 day supply is gone now. Hopefully another dr will take me but to drop a patient over something so little especially when I completely communicate that I probably wouldn’t be able to make the appointment scheduled and during COVID shows you guys really don’t care about your patients at all. She conspired with Elizabeth Andal to cover up evidence of my mother's Alzheimer's disease 12 years ago, from which she recently passed away. Alzheimer's is an incurable illness, so the extent to which the proper medicine could have helped is limited. However, if I had not acted my mother would have been dead much sooner. The price I paid was Dr. Malini attempting repeatedly to have me arrested or hospitalized, some of which actually happened. Psychiatrists are very powerful and have a lot of legal authority. When they speak, police listen. People like that should have never been allowed to attain such power. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and Dr's at Psychiatric Wellness Center! I have had great interactions with the front staff...Stephanie is always kind and helpful but honestly they all are great! I love my Dr's too! They never rush me and always take time to address my questions and concerns! I have had exceptional care! And I can't leave out Steven and Bailey! If I need help with my insurance or refill questions they are so efficient, timely, kind & helpful! I am very grateful to them all!!!! I left a message to the nurse manager regarding side effects but no response after a week. I left a message again today. I rescheduled my love one’s appointment because I missed their phone calls yesterday. They were going to confirm my love one’s appointment. I guess my network carrier was not working right. So now my love one’s appointment will be way too far and she has been having sise effects. My love one’s life is precious and I feel like my concerns are being ignored.
