Explaining he told her that on the previous appointment When indeed he told her she had Gout She received 2 different cortisone shots. From 2 previous appointments He suggested a certain type of shoes and ankle brace If that is what she needed why didn’t dr Ashton suggest that on the 2 nd visit ? As I write my review, I write it from a new patients eyes. Not recommend judging a book by its cover. If so then maybe you are setting yourself up for disadvantage. I had very bad case of fungus in my toes. Had it for years. I have been ashamed of wearing open shoes. He solved my issues and now my feet look great. He helped me physically leading to my self perception and social life. He look tough but gentle as a bear. Funny and caring with patients. My wife says when she visits, she says she is always waiting because he spend time with each patient talking with them. According to her, he is professional and caring. Reviewing past complaints about a circus. Well without substantiating that claim, I question the complaint or review is from a person who themselves is a circus because it takes a circus of a person to know a circus. I am using my review to review the negative review.

New patient of Dr. Ivan Ashton. Wait time was less than 10 minutes and appointment went well. All staff was very professional and friendly. Everything the Dr and staff explained was easy to understand and I knew exactly what was going on and needed to do for my feet issues. Relief after years of pain! Dr. Ivan Ashton changed my life by ridding me of pain from plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. He is professional, personable, and a problem-solver.

As a new patient I arrived 15 minutes early, at 10:15 a.m. to complete the paperwork. Finally, at 11:20 I told them I could no longer wait and I left. It was standing room only in the waiting room. If thy didn't respect me enough to not overbook so substantially, then I doubt they will provide very good care.

I don't mean to be gross, but suffered for years from the way the toenails on my big toes would grow into my skin. Who knew that it could be taken care of? But, Dr. Roy Ashton in the Plano office did, but removing a small portion of each side of each toenail (didn't hurt!) That was about six years ago, and of all the visits to different doctors, this seemingly small change certainly improved my life the most. Sorry Dr. Roy that I am just now writing a public review, but THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! I don't mean to be gross, but suffered for years from the way the toenails on my big toes would grow into my skin.
