He is a very experienced doctor who takes his time , listens and discusses issues and alternatives. Very polite man who is very considerate.
The Staff need's to be fired , very rude annouced out loud I needed a psychiatrist . The Dr. was fine up untill he assumed I wanted drug's because I suffer from severe Insomnia ,So he gave me QUEtiapine 100mg , He thought he'd teach me a lesson . I slept for 2 day's and had thought's of harming my self ! It's an Anti psychotic Medication ,LOL not a sleep aid ! I'm getting a lawyer !
Very thorough visit every time Iâve been there. Never rushed, probing questions. Iâm very happy with Dr. Al-Junaidi.
Five stars for Dr. “Al”. I have been going to him for several years and have never been disappointed with his level of care. He is professional, thorough, and caring.
Dr. Aljunadi is an excellent physician!!! His front office staff is HORRIBLE, they can be very gruff and speak to patients in a very condescending demeaning way. If you do place a complaint, the front office manager is no better and actually takes up for the rudeness and transfers the issue to the patient. I am transferring today. It is unfortunate that you have to suffer through the front desk to gain access to an excellent physician. Health Care is a competitive and profitable business, thank goodness they are other excellent physicians with professional office management staff. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr. Aljunadi, but his front office staff's demeanor and lack of responsibility when it comes to patients and how we are treated is not well. I don't feel there is any accountability for their lack of professionalism.
I have been going to Dr. Al since I moved to DE in 2006. He is an excellent MD who listens to what you have to say and does not rush his exams. His office staff is great, especially nurse Jamie.
Dr Al listened to my symptoms and I wasn't rushed. However when I had recurring rashes he didn't believe that I was allergic to one of the meds, but I developed an allergy to sulfa meds. Then I developed MRSA and he made it like no big deal, never confirmed test. Pushes drugs. I left.
This Dr has done more for me in one visit then my old PCP did for me in a 12 month period. He's a fantastic physician!!!
Excellent patient care. Never makes you feel rushed. Listens to his patients.
