The office staff is completely incompetent. I can't even get in to see this doctor and I've been trying for 4 months just to make an appnt! Last Dec I made an appnt for March, got a text 3 days prior but didn't say what doctor was cancelling nor a phone number to call. On the day of my appnt I went to check in online and it said the appnt was cancelled. Called and rescheduled but they said May was soonest. 2 days later get a call cancelling my May appnt and made another one for a week later. It's now 3 weeks later and I got a text cancelling that appnt and they left a fax number for me to call. I've now tried calling the office and can't reach anyone. What is going on?????

Dr. Isabel Prieto is excellent. She was referred to me as a top choice by two other doctors handling my care and it was easy to see why. She was kind, thorough, and honest with her opinions on my care options. Her staff was also kind with great senses of humor that helped ease my nerves. I walked out the door with referrals in hand and follow up appt made. It couldn't have been a better experience. Professional at every level. Highly recommend. M

Staff is extremely rude, lacks compassion and manners. There is no communication between doctor and the front. They treat you like you are in a public care center. Terribly disappointed.

After a lot of pain and a series of confusing conversations with other healthcare providers, I landed in Dr. Prieto's office and I'm so glad I did. She is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the hard truth to me in a way that was clear but also caring. She is incredibly patient and empathetic and builds a great trust. Most importantly, she's a world class surgeon. She took the time to ensure everything in my procedure was done with precise accuracy and saw me through the whole healing process to make sure it stayed that way. I'm in infinitely better shape now than I was before her care. Thank you, Dr. Prieto!

In December I made an appnt for end of Feb knowing I would have met my deductible and could have any procedures I needed and be covered. I got a text one week before my appnt saying I had a cancelled appnt but there was no name or phone number so I did not know what office had cancelled. On the day of my appnt I got an e-mail that my appnt had been cancelled. The next available appnt was 2 more months away! I rescheduled and a week later get a call that they have to cancel that appnt as well! I'm now not being seen until May, a full 5 months after making a call to see this doctor.

Absolutely incredible provider and office team. I highly recommend Dr. Prieto. She is caring, patient, knowledgeable, and highly trained. The surgery was seamless, and Dr. Prieto called me personally before and after the operation to answer any questions and to check in with me. The entire experience was flawless and compassionate. I was referred by my gyn to Dr. Prieto and I am so happy to have met her. At the very start, Dr. Prieto was welcoming, patient and very knowledgeable which put me at ease. Dr Prieto is excellent. She is competent and compassionate. However, some of her office staff are downright rude and patronizing. The reception dude is nice and friendly.

I was a new patient today to Dr Prieto. I had many concerns, primarily pelvic floor, and she took the time to discuss and address them. She also answered any questions I had. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and caring. She makes great eye contact, which is a big plus when wearing masks!! I am very happy to have found her! Dr. Prieto has been an amazing addition to my life as I battle with pelvic floor issues as well as GYN issues. I am in healthcare and I can promise that she is who you need if you're after kindness, multiple options, open discussion, and just good care with a smart doctor.

Very caring and helpful I wish all my doctors were as thorough as her.

Professional. Provided education. However she did not ask what had worked and not worked before or what medications I had taken for my problem. I did not want to get the same meds again. I was not asked if I preferred literature in Spanish or English. I speak Spanish but can read better, and prefer documentation in English. Next is about staff. I was just given an appointment and not asked if day and time worked for me. I was never asked where I wanted my prescriptions sent. They wer sent to a pharmacy I have never been to.

I drove two hours ( from where I live and to drop off my young children with childcare for the appointment) to get to my appointment and checkin on phone at 11 am for my 11 am appointment after finding a spot in the very busy parking garage. The front office says I have to reschedule because Dr. Prieto doesn’t see patients unless they are 15 minutes early. Very uncompassionate and unprofessional way to be in healthcare. Patient care should come first! I would rather find a better dr with a kind heart than reschedule with her. Thankful there are many doctors out there that actually care about helping patients! I drove two hours with my infant daughter ( from where I live and to drop off my two young children with childcare for the appointment) to get to my appointment and checkin on phone at 11 am for my 11 am appointment after finding a parking space in the very busy garage. The front office says I have to reschedule because Dr. Prieto doesn’t see patients unless they are 15 minutes early. Why don’t they just schedule everyone 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time? Hmmm ?? Very uncompassionate and unprofessional way to be in healthcare. Patient care should come first!
