Dr Irene Semenov is beyond a excellent neurologist . She helped me to find what was causing my severe symptons by doing autonomic testing . She is compassionate, articulate and truly wants to help her patients find a cause and the best treatment plan to help manage symptoms . She was able to find out I have a Dysautonomia condition when other neurologist were puzzled and couldn’t figure it out . The facility she works with NorthShore Neurology Institute is organized , well structured and extremely sterile , super clean and very well known for being amongst the best. I am very thankful to Dr. Semenov for diagnosing me and giving me such great care . Her medical team is also very caring and helpful . I have nothing to say but good thigs!!!! !

I did EMG test with different doctors before visiting Dr. Semenov. I never had a problem with the test. During the test it was a swelling in my arm and a big black spot started growing around the needle. Within the period of a week the swelling went down but a few black spots were still enlarging on the skin of my arm. To my opinion, Dr. Semenov is unprofessional to perform such tests.

Dr unclear on the procedure at hand - seemed confused in areas.... not sure if a accurate test result was achieved after the test was performed. I asked if this test should be redone - the reply I received was no....I am not going to tell you anymore... I have to study the numbers and I will figure it out??? Did not leave me very confinement on the whole experience.

Very sensitive doctor who listened carefully to me. I felt comfortable with her, and I thought her recommendations were appropriate to my health concerns. I recommend her.

Dr. Semenov took her time with me and listen to what I'm experiencing.. She took notes which I though was great! It was not just a trip to the doctor that ended in prescribing meds and sending you home ! I drove an over an hour to see her definitely worth the trip! Friendly stuff, clean office, comfortable environment and very very very short wait time less than 5 minutes. Dr. Semenov took her time with me and listen to what I'm experiencing.. Dr. Semenov provided botox treatments for my wife's intractable migraine headaches. The treatments completely changed life for my wife. Dr. Semenov's office could not be more professional. Her staff made sure that all insurance and treatment issues were completely handled.
