She is touted as a palliative medicine genius. I found her cold and callous. Making decisions and recommendations based on documentation in the MR without assessing my son or talking to us. She lied about providing pain medication when she was actually providing anxiety medication. I finally had my son moved to Strong who diagnosed pancreatitis and he was allotted necessary pain medication
