I used to see Dr. Bhanver a couple of years ago, after reading the previous comments below it looks like someone is padding their resume. I saw Bhanver 2 years ago and I only had a couple of visits. There was just something weird about him, I could barely understand what he was saying, his accent was so thick, and I would ask him to repeat himself and suddenly he would get angry. The comments below seem to be written by him, can't say for sure but I can't imagine anyone leaving a comment period. All his patients are on Medicaid, most of them probably don't even know how to use a computer. Spending lots of time waiting in his waiting room, he loves to make you wait. Thinking because he was a Psychiatrist he would be able to connect me to other services, he was not knowledgeable at all in that field. I now live in New York, far far away from Nevada. Many Indian doctors there as well, but not one like this guy.. I was just browsing the web and ran across my old Doctor, read those comments and felt I should put my 2 cents in. He is not a nice person, he only deals with Medicaid patients.. Please find someone else, like Nevada Mental Health.. Also on another note, Bhanver does not have a staff, the last I saw him, his wife was the only person that was working for him. I have been a patient of Dr Bhanver for two plus years. During that time he has helped me overcome some very deep issues. He is dedicated to his patients and helped me keep on a steady path during some difficult times. His office staff are also very understanding. Unlike some other offices they are very helpfull when it comes to insurance coverage, deductables, and other patient issues. I highly recommed Dr. Bhanver to anybody who is in need his services. I have been seeing Dr Bhanver for almost 2 years. He is very pleasant and professional. Raj the office manager is just a joy to chat with. She is friendly and always smiling. I really look forward to my visits. Dr Bhanver really listens to me and is very compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone! And BTW - I am not on Medicaid. The review from below is completely inaccurate. Additionally, every time i go to my appt. with Dr. Bhanver, I have never had to wait longer that a max of 10 min. I wait longer at my dentist and primary care physician, which could be up to 45 min! I have been seeing Dr Bhanver for almost 2 years. He is very pleasant and professional.
