I would give him zero stars if it had that option. I work in the medical field and know what I am talking about specially when it comes to my daughter's well being. He was really rude told me I was making up thing about my own medical history and mostly told me i wasn't feeding my daughter well enough. Anyone that knows my daughter know she eats really well. We went to a different MD today and she listen to my concerns and believe it is a GI problem. I would not take a sick dog to this doctor because he does not take you concern seriously.

Dr. Schwartz's knowledge about My son's condition is quite impressive. That is the only thing that makes enduring the appointments tolerable. He sends the most bizarre and tedious reports after the appointments which contain a variety of miniscule details that seem to have no relevance to my son's health. He has misquoted me more than once in his reports, and he seems oddly obsessed with painting the parents of his patients as incompetent idiots. He persistently misquotes me. It's just odd.

Dr. Schwartz is professional and thorough. He is my daughter's endocrinologist and he has been a blessing to our family!

Dr. Schwartz has been my Type 1 endocrinologist for nearly 5 years. I'm gonna be totally honest, Dr. Schwartz has been really tough on me over the years. You see the problem with type 1 diabetes, is that it is completely a patients disease. There is only so much the Dr. can do to help the patient. Dr. Schwartz really pushed me over the years. Sometimes he was not nice, but I needed the motivation. I would recommend Schwartz to any parent who cares about their child's health more than anything.

Rude, condescending and just plain mean. My son has a host of mental and physical illnesses. Dr Schwartz has basically said we are lieing about them. When my son leaves his office his depression is made worse due to being made feel like he is stupid and lazy. Dr Schwartz has no desire to understand any of my son's other health issues. Do not put your kids threw seeing g him. He is horrible.

He was my son's doctor when he was first diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in SC at Palmetto Health. He is a bit abrupt and outspoken but, quite honestly, my son needed that. Diabetes is something to be taken very seriously and he doesn't mince words. As we got to know him, I realized that he was doing this for the good of the patient. I truly missed him when he left.

He is condescending and downright rude. He told my child that he could go see a different doctor and mess up that doctor's statistics, as if statistics were more important than a child's well being! He became angry with my son's test results and threatened to take away the prescription for supplies to my son's insulin pump, a life saving device that my son would die without.

Condescending and disconcerting. Do not go here.
