They surprise patients with many many appointment cancelations and NOT respect to your time. I changed my dr. and never recommend them, specifically if you have serious health problem.

Amazing, all the stuff is wonderful and very welcoming.

I only needed to see the oral surgeon for a few minutes but the staff who took care of me prior are fantastic

Felt very good about my first visit and waiting to get approval from my Delta Care. Dr. Elias really is on the cutting edge.

Had my wisdom teeth removed three days ago and I'm almost completely recovered. Very little pain or swelling, no complications. I only took a couple of painkillers the first day as precaution, but not sure I needed them. They made it look easy!

My daughter had all four wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Elias. The office staff and nursing team were very thorough in explaining the process. The process went very smoothly and my daughter has had no complications. We had to call the urgent line twice with questions and both times we spoke with a doctor in under 30 minutes. Diane did the post up exam and was very patient and friendly in explaining what to expect now that healing has begun. I highly recommend Dr Elias and his team. Top notch and professional. I was referred to Dr. Elias by my dentist when I had to have an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Elias was able to see me immediately and along with his entire staff were simply amazing to me. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me the way they did. 10's across the board.

Dr. Elias and his staff were great. My son had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. He was nervous and they put him at ease.

I. I am very greatful for the way I feel now to Dr. Elias. I came to his office with bad tooth pain left after surgery of closing a broken sinus. Other doctors didn t want to deal with my problem plus I have high blood pressure. Dr. Elias gave me professional advice about how to proceed in my situation and performed surgery to extract the tooth that couldn't be saved. My recovery is without problems just a little pain. Inspite my anxious phisical state the place of surgery recovers well. I definitely recommend Dr. Elias, as a very experienced and competent surgeon. The staff is also caring and sweet. I saw Dr. about five years ago and liked his demeanor (in other words an oral surgeon with the ability to assuage any scared feeling you have about being at a dental office). The most professional, courteous and caring dental office that I have ever visited. Dr. Husam Elias exudes confidence, explains his every action and make his patients comfortable.

WOW! Dr. Elias surpassed all of my typically very skeptic expectations. As a VERY nervous patient (the kind who can cry with low pain tolerance and fear of needles), it is very hard to find a dentist/oral surgeon who is patient enough to take their time with me. Dr Elias was not only patient, but gave me the dignity to speak freely over any concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and put me at complete ease earning his trust very quickly. This is NOT the kind of doctor who overbooks patients and rushes, or patronizes you telling you what they think you want to hear to get your business. Going in for my first wisdom tooth extraction and reading up ahead, I prepared myself for pain both during and after. Dr. Elias suggested that we could probably just use nitrous gas along with the local numbing. He was sure to listen to my request to numb me well (which didn’t hurt since I was comfortable). He came back a few minutes later to check the numbing and before I had realized he had even started he was DONE! I was amazed! Now, I can’t speak for others who may have extremely impacted teeth since mine had already broken the surface. But, the simple fact is, this was still a wisdom tooth and I didn’t feel a thing! No pain at all! And, with it seeming to be so effortless for him, it is a true testament to this man’s skills! But the most surprising part is that while I’m writing this the day after the surgery I am still pain free (no meds needed). Even after the numbing wore off, I didn’t feel any pain… only a pressure feeling as the clot was forming (much like the pressure you’d feel if you get a large piece of food stuck between your teeth). I didn’t have to use any of the pain meds that were given to me, and today I’m just being very careful/gentle so the clot stays in and everything can heal well. This was nothing like the nightmare I had prepared myself for, and while it may have only been one erupted wisdom tooth, I feel the overall outcome would have been very different with another doctor. After seeing about 10-15 dentists or oral surgeons in the last 5 years (due to how much I had let my mouth go and mainly because of switching from bad doctor experiences), I can honestly say I trust this man with my mouth. Dr. Elias’ bedside manner, skills, and professionalism are a triple threat that is very hard to find in a world of dental sales pitches. I should also mention that the entire staff was all very kind, but I had to ask the names of about 5 of the 8 I met lol All very sweet and patient nonetheless. I appreciated Alex’s upbeat and, more importantly, genuine energy the most as he helped me multiple times. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a patient, honest, and skilled doctor, then Dr. Elias is the guy, ESPECIALLY if you have the sensitive phobias paired with the high standards that I do. My wife got her tooth extraded and they gave us a quote now we are getting Bill after bill and when we call them they are giving us the run around. We were referred here by valley village dentistry. To start out Front desk manager she is very rude "if the doctor is reading this". We were referred here and they were so nice but the moment they got our business they showed the real face and it's very bad for the business. Top of that first time when my wife went in and couldn't do her procedure cause of her heart rate, the front desk manager wouldn't refund us our money she kept us CAPTIVE with our $444. We told her we would be back and do the procedure after our vacation but she didnt care. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and I'll be reporting them to BBB for giving us wrong quote and not refunding our money. I was referred here from my dentist to have 3 of my tooth extracted. The front desk told me an amount I had to pay for my first consultation which I paid upfront second time I went they gave a total amount that I had to pay for my 3 extraction+sedation which was a big amount and i also made that payment as well. I got very nervous on my surgery day I was there for around 20 min and I wasnt able to do my surgery,so I asked the front desk lady named Lori If I can get my refund back, and I will reschedule my appointment and come back, her response was that I wasted their doctor's time they could have used another patient!! Didnt like the response! so I left came back couple months later had my surgery done and everything. After a month I received another saying my first visit consultation was not covered, another day I receive another bill saying, partial of my extraction was not covered either so I have to pay around $500 more. When I called them to ask, the front desk lady Lori who is the clinic manager she was very rude telling me it's my responsibility to find out what's going on with my insurance it's not their responsibility. She has no decency on how to handle a situation and how to talk to a patient she is very arrogant!! Did not expect this from a office like that. In this office they supposely verify insurance only once after that before any procedure they dont verify anymore which is costing me a lots of money because they didn't do what they were suppose to do. The staff and doctor are excellent. I went in with my daughter to remove four wisdom teeth and the two receptionists were kind and professional. I missed the first surgery appointment because I am terrible with time. Of course, they were not super happy but they were polite and rescheduled the appointment and didn't charge me. When I came in with my daughter on time for the rescheduled appointment, everything went smoothly until after the surgery, my daughter woke up crying and disoriented from the medication. I could hear her crying and became distraught. At first the assistant was defensive when I demanded to see my daughter, but quickly understood I was just a concerned parent. She let me know my daughter was not in pain and was doing okay. After my daughter calmed down, they brought her to another room where I could be with her. From the moment Dr. Elias walked in to greet me for my initial consultation to my post operative visit, I could sense his experience and compassion in the room. Bait and switch. Be cautious if you choose them. My wife went here to have wisdom teeth removed. After an initial consultation, an out of pocket fee was quoted in addition to what insurance covered. We paid this ahead of time and she had the procedure. 6 months later they contacted us and informed us that nothing was covered under insurance and we must pay the balance (thousands of dollars). They insisted ahead of the procedure that this portion was covered. Now we were left with a balance that we could not pay immediately. Dr. Elias was highly recommended by my dentist for my daughter's oral surgery. She had some impacted wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. We came to Dr. Elias for a consultation and were greeted by the very friendly and professional staff. Upon meeting Dr. Elias and discussing the case, my daughter and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and bedside manner. He takes insurance and all the costs were explained to us up front. We scheduled the surgery and received the pre- op instructions. On the day of surgery, we arrived at the office and they brought my daughter in for the surgery. 1 hour later, she was released with post-op instructions and her meds. The surgery was a great success. It was done 3 days before Thanksgiving and we were concerned that she wasn't going to be able to enjoy the feast. This was not the case. She had turkey and all the other dishes. No problems at all. Her post-op went very well and she is now wisdom tooth free. Thanks Dr Elias and staff for making the surgery such a great experience. But they forgot to tell me that consultation quote in advance!!! So if you have that kind of money just to be told your teeth are bad, good for you. 1 impacted wisdom tooth is $500? Seriously?
