My family have been patients of Dr. Schub for several years. We saw Dr Cheng as Dr Schub is currently out. Nice guy. HOWEVER, we had problems with our prescriptions that the office could NEVER help. 6+ weeks, 20 portal emails, daily phone calls, direct emails to staff all failed. We left the practice and had to start over with a new practitioner that was able to help us immediately. Unfortunately, my finances and childrens' grades CANNOT start over. A HUGE WASTE OF RESOURCES. They cost our family money, time, and scholastic performance.

Fantastic treatment as well as bedside manner. Great success with ADD treatment.

The staff is awful. Don't go there. So rude. The administrator threatened that if went to the clinic and try to talk to the doctor that she was going to call security to escort me out. Because I asked her that I wanted to talk to the doctor about why I couldn't take my daughter there anymore. daughter needed a quotient test done. The receptionist told me I had to pay out of pocket $315.00 I asked her why they couldn't file to the insurance and she couldn't answer. So I talked to Christy in billing and asked her why I had to pay out of pocked she said because they don't file quotient test to the insurance. She said that I was going to get a receipt and I could get a reimbursement from the insurance. So I did get a receipt that I couldn't even see the whole amount that I paid on the receipt. Then the insurance told me that the doctor use an invalid code and that they needed a detail description from the doctor so I talked to billing and asked them for that. They said that they could not give me another receipt. So I solved the problem with my union with a written complain. The union pay me my money back. Six moths later I wanted to make an appointment for my daughter and I couldn't; even though I paid them for the test before it was done and never had a balance, I ask the administrator why and she said because I wrote the complain with my insurance. I asked to to talk to the doctor and she said, that I couldn't and not to try to go the office to try to talk to him or she was going to have security escortme out. This is how they pay me 13 yrs that my daughter has been doctor Schub patient. I always paid my copays before we saw the doctor. The star is for the doctor. But he needs to get better staff. Dr. Schub and his NP Alicia are amazing. They are always there to answer questions and offer meaningful insight into complex medical conditions. They always make themselves available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, including after hours. I have never felt rushed or an inconvenience to them. More providers should adopt their attention to detail and dedication in caring for their patients. I highly recommend them! Dr. Schub and his NP Alicia are amazing. Such a nice man! He really listens to you and your concerns. He took the time to get to know my family. He has a wonderful bedside manner, which is important to me. He was very thorough!

Pathetic service. Debra Akers is a pathetic excuse for a nurse. Does not have the professional level of a roach. Three phone calls and a visit to the office and still would not speak to me regarding a referral for my son. Dr. Schub you are appalling to allow such a useless nurse to represent your practice. I will be certain to emphasize to any other parent in need of pediatric neurology services. Unprofessional and down right despicable patient care.
