OK...I have been a patient of Dr. Feldman, probably over 40 years. I'm 84 now, and I STILL would never recommend another Doctor, especially for a first Visit. I read a critique where someone on the phone was on "hold" for 8 minutes. Possible? Sure! Let's face it. His staff is just as dedicated as Doctor Feldman. If they can't come immediately to the phone, they are busy! Period. If your doctor of choice is not very busy, then possibly he does NOT have a busy practice, or an out-standing reputation. If you are with Dr Feldman, you will NEVER be rushed out the door for waiting patients, And they are there because they expect to have the same thoroughness when with him. I believe there are very few out there that are as dedicated as Dr. Howard Feldman.

He may be a wonderful doctor but the office is extremely antiquated. The front office does NOT have any modern technology and the receptionist stated that this has become a big problem with pharmacies...the office has no electronic method of contacting local pharmacies. I also noticed that they do not use a computer, appointments are scheduled with paper and pen. Some of the outdated things can be overlooked, but they really need to have a working fax machine and a computer. It was shocking!

Great Doc, known him since 1986. He will use the best advice he can to help you on your way. If you have to wait to see him, it's worth it. Wish we did not need to move in 2017.

I tried to schedule an urgent appointment and left a message. no one ever called back. The following day around 11:30 I called because I hadn't heard anything was put on hold for 8 minutes, was then informed that they had filled all cancelation slots already and the office staff had not received my message. I called again at 12:30 to see if anyone had cancelled, was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up. Called again at 1:30 and was left on hold for 24 minutes before they hung up.

I have never been treated by such a through physician in my life and I am 88. I've seen a lot of Doctors. It took an hour and a half to get in to see him. However, he spent more then an hour reviewing every lab test and assessment with me. He ran all my needed test from his office. If you want a doctor who's worried about your health and not how quickly he can treat you, you need to be patient. His staff was friendly. His waiting room and exam room could use some sprucing, but who cares, I wasn't there for the atmosphere. I have never been treated by such a through physician in my life and I am 88. I have nothing but praises for this doctor and the care he gives my 95yo mother. Good care takes time.
