Dr. Le was ok at first, but grew more dismissive as the surgeries failed to produce results. 2 surgeries, pain, drugs, no improvement. Got to where he would not talk to us. In the end, he said he would not have had the surgeries. He was awful. Went to another Doctor who explained his plan, performed the surgery, and fixed my wife’s back. Just like that. Good recovery and a lasting result.

This was my first experience at Rebound, Dr. Le, & my Medicare/Ins plan. I was expecting some kind of issue but all went smoothly from the experienced ofc girl to the sweet nurse. Dr Le is very thoughall. Being a new patient & seeing a new Dr for my back, my only suggestion would be to text the intake information sooner & have a way that the patient can save & return to the form. Great customer service. Not your typical doctor’s office. This is my second time there after an auto accident and now after a work accident. I am truly impressed how organized and professional everyone is. This is why I chose to come back to them. Drove from Tigard, Oregon to Vancouver, WA. Dr. Le’s assistant escorted me to the room, did my intake and said the doctor will be in very soon. In less then 3 minutes Dr. Le was there, and I was there in the busy 3:00 hour. Dr. Le was amazing! It was like I was speaking to my uncle or something. You can tell he cared about my chronic pain and making it better. He explained to me what I need to do pre surgery to get the best possible results post surgery. I never felt “forgotten” while I was there. Dr. Le is extraordinarily knowledgeable and not once did I ever feel like I couldn’t ask a question. This clinic runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone there is extremely good at their job. It was quickly clear Dr. Le, having examined my MRIs, saw no surgery as necessary. As such, the visit appeared perfunctory. I have little doubt about Dr. Le's surgical skills. But, I was sorry he did not ask me more questions about how I live and what I consume. To be fair, he acted in what I consider a professional manner; courteous, hygiene-oriented, etc. If I needed actual surgery, I would not hesitate to have him perform it. Great first impression.

This is my third experience with Dr Le and as usual a great visit and am looking forward to having back, hip and leg pain released.

First time meeting with Dr. Le. He explained things to me well, and I really liked his surgical approach.

I found Dr. Le to be exactly who he is. Gentle kind and extremely thorough. Ive been to the surgery center for injections and all the nurses tell me is great and the best! That works for me!!!????

I have seen Dr. Le years ago and he gave me great advice about my back and the procedure other surgeons wanted me to have. I decided to not get the procedure and glad I didn’t. Recently I saw Dr. Le for another back problem. He was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I like his advice as he doesn’t push surgery, he looks at all the options and provides his opinion and let’s you ask questions to make up your own mind. Dr Le was very good at explaining what is going on with my back issue. He came up with a treatment plan I'm actually looking forward to & he gave me hope that he's here to help me. I need that right now & I thank him for that. Wonderful doctor, wonderful Rebound ❤

Dr. Lee is straight to the point and was in my face. Not sure why. It made me hold back and just listen to him. Felt he didn't like me. Dr Lee is a very good surgeon. I would recommend him for any spinal necessary surgery. Any surgery is a take away as he points out. In my case it's been about lessening my pain levels. I was treated with upmost respect and care pre and post surgery. I am still on the mend from my cervical surgery butcould not have done it with Dr. Le and the rebound team.

I had surgery from dr. Lee on December 14th and after 2 days I didn’t need pain medicine just rest to heal. He’s a great dr. And really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him if you were needing care or surgery. Great job dr. Lee. ????????

Dr. Le performed a L5-S1 disc repair that had been causing me partial disability for years. Recovery is slow but steady. He came highly recommended from another provider as being the surgeon you want on your team, and I was very happy with my decision trust his expertise. I have seen Dr. Le a couple of times and he always explains my condition very thoroughly while offering a variety of treatment options. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing neck and back trouble.

Excellet first appointment. Discussed my condition, went over MRI & X-ray. Explained procedure a and outcomes. Procedure went great fixed my problem 100%. Amazing surgeon.

Dr Le did surgery on my back 10 years ago and it gave me a new lease on life. I am getting ready for another surgery and Dr Le was my immediate first choice.

I am posting this review for Tom Pappas. Rebound has been the best thing in my life. They fixed both of my shoulders, my back and my neck. Dr. Lee is unreal in what he has done for me. He fixed my back that I hurt in 1974 and my neck I injured in 1976. He has been a blessing. I will not consider anyone other than Rebound. Mark Colville fixed both of my shoulders and is a class act guy. In my trade my shoulders are my bread and butter doing plastering for Disney and many other clients. Dr. Cottrill is a great guy that I can joke with. He has helped other family members also. A great guy, did an excellent job on my back and neck. Looking forward to seeing him again next week. Dr Le is very competent and good at communicating his findings relative to your condition. He is not arrogant. In my case the symptoms and potential causes can be enigmatic, and Dr Le patiently sorts through the possibilities and involves you in the process. The last person I knew like that was Bruce Bell, and he retired.

Dr. Hoang Le repaired my L-5 spinal cord because of a stenosis condition. Dr. Le was recommended to me by a friend, a retired pediatrician, who had also experienced some back issues and disk problems. Dr. Le provides sound guidance and explanation for technical medical issues, he talks in terms I could understand, clearly explains that surgery can help, but that it is no magic bullet. in my case there was pressure on the nerves in the spinal cord causing symptoms of numbness and pain when walking or standing. Dr. Le suggested I think of an analogy with needing a "bigger kitchen", and that he was a construction contractor to expand and make more room, in this case, more space for the nerves to NOT be compressed. BUT, in order to do this, he would have to remove a wall or two, operate and remove some bone and tissue around L-5. Dr. Le explained that his procedure was LESS invasive than what was recommended to me before. He inspires confidence and makes you feel that with patience, following up with therapy, there can be an excellent outcome, although there are some inherent risks. I am 90 days post surgery on L-5. I can walk further and stand for longer periods of time than before the surgery. I can highly recommend Dr. Hoang Le if you have a spinal issue. You will not be disappointed. Dr Le is a true perfectionist! Very personable and his patients “know” they are the most Important part of his day! He doesn’t think about how you look and feel today, he cares how you look and feel forever. The entire team surrounding Dr. Le in the OR was pleasant and, I can say I had no fears nor concerns because there was no doubt I was taken care of 100% of the time I was there. I had a consult with Dr. Le and he was great. He really breaks down complex information into laymen’s terms. He was thorough, answered all of my questions, and really seems brilliant. I am confident in his advice, and wish I would have seen him earlier.

Dr. Le performed a double stenosis on my lower back. After years of pain and drugs, I now have no pain and take no pain pills. He gave my life back to me.

It was very good and I got all the answers I needed.

Appointment on time. We reviewed my latest MRI and discussed options and procedures. I felt very comfortable with the explanation that I received.

He got me in for a next-day appointment as an existing patient (4 previous surgeries) because of new symptoms and ordered further studies to pinpoint the problem. He is highly skilled, thorough and very pleasant.

Neck surgery

My neurologist sent me to Dr. Le. Dr. Le was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. He basically told me my neurologist had no idea what she was talking about. My neurologist is An MS specialist. She is very educated, and knows what she is doing. Dr. Le Told me her interpretation of the MRI was totally wrong, The neurologist had no business interpreting MRIs.

Excellent explanation of my condition and options for helping alleviate the pain that comes with it. I appreciate that he put his explanation in laymen’s terms so that I was able to understand. He is personable and kind and was highly recommended by my nurse friends and former surgical patients.

I think Dr. Le is an excellent surgeon! Trust him implicitly. Three separate surgeries over several years. Hopefully no more disks rupturing but if so he's the only one I want to do my surgery!

Dr. Le is a pioneer and a genius. He is informative and helps patients make the right decision. He will not perform a surgery if he is not invested in it. He never rushes to judgment.

Compassionate, listens well, outstanding surgeon

Dr. Le took was very thorough in reviewing my MRI results and explained in detail my treatment options. Dr. Le used simple analogies which made understanding a complex topic very easy. I was very impressed with Dr. Le and will highly recommend him and Rebound as an organization.

5 stars all the way. I could not walk upright when Dr. Le saw me initially, nor sleep flat on my back with my right leg straight, it may have taken some time to rehabilitate, and there is some residual pain, but I can now function when before it seemed hopeless. Thank you Doc!

I've been living in GA for two years. When I injured my back, I remembered the superb work Dr. Le performed on my lumbar discs in 2006. An MRI confirmed my worse fear: this injury was thoracic damage. The thoracic area of the spine is an uncommon area to injure, and It's not easily repaired. The question I needed to ask myself was not, "should I research qualified nuerosurgians in Georgia?". It was, "how soon can I fly back to WA to see Dr. Le". Fully repaired, I'm back on my feet again!

I have seen a lot of surgeons and he is one of the best. He listens, is not rushed and explains everything in detail. Surgery went without any problems too!

Overall everyone, and everything outstanding.

I saw Dr Le for a second opinion after a vehicle accident. I had previously seen a surgeon at OHSU 3 months before who did not seem very concerned with my disks pressing against my spinal cord. Dr Le expressed to me the seriousness of my condition and the need for immediate limitations on activities and surgery. He also saw things in my mri the prior surgeon had not.

I enjoyed the ease of appointment making, the friendliness of staff, and their commitment to making sure I was knowledgeable every step of the way. Dr.Le is a genius! He made sure I knew what to expect. My surgery was a complete success, and I haven't felt this good in 3 years. Thank you!

He wouldn't listen to what I was saying and would cut me off. We came out of that appointment being told that I should just never look down and live the rest of my life and I am only 18. Highly dissatisfied.
