Dr. Herbert A Krob

I see dr Krob every month for occipital nerve blocks. He is always very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Krob was down to earth and easy to talk to. He explained things in a very easy way for me to understand, and he was very knowledgeable in his approach.

I felt like I was just an appointment. He did not care for my medical concerns or for me as a patient needing help. I felt like I was wasting my time and his time. Condescending attitude when I asked questions or had concerns.

I've always had a good experience with the doctors and office staff.

Great. Dr Krob was respectful, listened to any concerns I had and gave me helpful information. If my Dr left the practice I most definitely would start seeing Dr. Krob.

Dr Krob gave me a lot to think about, as to the many tests I have had to figure out my headache. Meds working. He re-prescribed. Thank you, Dr Krob

Dr. Knob is so caring and genuinely gets to know his patients. His positive attitude and sense of humor are great. He is easy to talk to as well. I love Virginia as well.

Dr. Krob was excellent and very understanding of the fear people can have of 31 needles. I look forward to my future migraine injections because of his caring treatment.

Dr. Krob is so incredibly knowle... - Dr. Krob is so incredibly knowledgeable and his Botox procedure for migraines really helps.

Dr. Krob has been very informative and helpful with my 14month headache.i had a bleed in the back left side that was daunting to say the least but Dr.Ktob always puts me at ease with a plan. He truly listens to your input in your health care in fact he repeats to you so you know he's truly listening to you. I'm grateful he's part of my care team.

I've been seeing Dr. Krob for the past few years for chronic migraine. I cannot tell you the number of things I have tried to get relief from this debilitating disease! Some doctors I saw were dismissive of me and condescending. Dr. Krob is fantastic. He listened to everything I said, he was visibly disappointed when treatments didn't work for me, he came at the problem from different angles and it really felt like a team effort to nail this down. Clearly, as with any medical issue, results may vary - but I now have only 1-3 migraines days/month as opposed to 15-20. Horrible experience! He was rude and dismissive and it was clear that my husband and I knew more about treating migraine disease than he does. I have a rare type of migraine that requires special care and I hoped that he could help since he's supposedly a headache specialist. When I told him my previous diagnosis, he looked awkward and asked me to repeat it AND SPELL IT! Rather than admit that he didn't know what it was, he actually looked it up on his cellphone while I talked! He then gaslit me and told me it was my fault and that he couldn't help me because I had allergies.

Very thorough, answered all of my questions. Felt very well informed and taken care of.

Horrific provider. Agree very fragile ego. Would NEVER recommend this provider to anyone. Did not listen to concerns. Does not want to answer any questions. Very disrespectful. Sent in student to gather history then came in room with own agenda. Did what he wanted, not what we asked to address. When we were asking further questions about treatment he said "Think of my practice as a French restaurant with 2 options, If you come looking for Italian, you are in the wrong place." His RN nursing staff were rude. This provider cancelled a new migraine medication before we had a change to trial it. Voice message left said Dr. Cancelled your medication. "You were not 100% on board so he pulled the medication." Office management was asked to return calls for paperwork questions, they never returned 5 phone call requests.

I really disagree with the other ratings.
