I took my son to Dr. Raroque. My son has post covid/post EBV syndrome. I sent Dr. Raroque a summary of my son's history and some of his medical records. He had read them all before he walked in the room. Sad, but most doctors will not do that. Then he spent well over an hour visiting with my son about all of his symptoms and examining him. Dr. Raroque was thorough, smart and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Dr. Raroque to anyone who needs to see a neurologist.

Dr. Raroque is kind, thoughtful and thorough. I could not ask for a better neurologist and I have seen many. He explains things in such a way that’s when he’s done, you have no questions because he’s already answered them all. I sometimes have to wait a while in the waiting room to see him, but that is because he gives every patient the time they need. I am happy to wait, because I know when it’s my turn, he will take his time with me. His exams and testing are complete and comprehensive, he will be able to tell you what’s wrong, and how to fix it. Dr. Raroque is also my sleep doctor and discovered that in addition to sleep apnea, I have narcolepsy. Came as a surprise as I had already had a sleep doctor but he didn’t catch that. I have seen his PA, Erika, and she practices just as he does. Everything is very well explained, and you leave the office with confidence. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough!

Great experience... Sorted my issues out and helped me get on a plan to improve my quality of life.

We just left Dr. Raroque’s office, very impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner. He took the necessary time to explain and explore my husband’s condition He is one of the physicians that we have seen over the course of seven decades.

I trust doctor Raroque for his help. He is a great doctor. I do have one bad side the practice is they are slow and don't pick up the phone.

I saw Dr. Raroque for movement disorder/dystonia issues for about 2 years. He was very thorough and referred me to a movement disorder specialist at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston for further analsyis and confirmation of his diagnosis. He did everything I would have expected him to do and more. Though my disease is chronic, I believe he treated it as well as possible. The clincher for me is that he was very agreeable and encouraged me to see other specialists, whether the one I referred to earlier or others. I can recommend him highly. Only reason not 5 star is the office staff, wait times and protracted times getting appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, be prepared to be told it will be a couple of months before another appointment is available, even for existing patients.

He has been my doctor for 12 years & I could not be happier with the care I receive. I have 3 pretty severe sleep disorders as well as sleep apnea & after living with them for most of my life, Dr. Raroque diagnosed them & it has truly changed my life. He is kind & caring. He listens to me & allows me to have input into my care. I would trust him with my life. He is an excellent, thorough & extremely knowledgeable doctor. You might have to spend a little longer in the waiting room than you would with some doctors but that is because he spends as much time with each patient as is necessary. I am more than willing to wait for him because I know that I will receive his time & excellent care. He also has a wonderful personality & is funny. I like him as a physician & as a person.

I have been seeing Dr. Raroque for several years and he is successfully treating my sleep apnea. I always feel like I'm his most important patient that day...I have never once felt rushed and he always explains things extremely well. I have also seen him for other minor items and he is always helpful...I TRUST his counsel!

It was a horrible experience I'll never go to them again. The office staff is the worst especially office manager

I was referred here for a sleep study. The ... receptionist?... called me and said my insurance denied me because I wasn't qualified... so I called them to get the story. My insurance wanted to know why I needed an overnight study rather than a home study, (which I have already done) so they said they need to do a peer to peer with the doctor. I called the office back and the extremely rude woman I spoke with kept interrupting me and talking down to me like I had done something wrong. She told me THIS DR. DOESN'T DO PEER TO PEERS... So let me get this straight, my health and well being isn't worth a phone call to my insurance co. to get this approved so I can have my c-pap machine? So much for your oath. I would recommend steering clear of the apparently rude and lazy people at this clinic.

My experience was terrible. I waited weeks for my appointment. The forms that I was required to sign were intrusive. Many of the informed consent forms were of questionable ethical treatment and legally doubtful. Waiting almost an hour and a half, no one offered any kind of explanation for the delay. My pain worsened and I left. Neither Raroque or any staff cared. No followup of any kind was made. In my opinion SNI is little more than a profit center with its various therapies and sleep lab.

Always waited at least a hour to see him for less than 5 mins. Wasted two appointments because he thought I had my machine when I did not - I did not even know where to begin or how to get it. Once I got it, he never followed up with me. I requested a new mask through my own research at my last appt and he had no questions and dismissed me in under 5 mins after waiting for 1.5 hours. I have severe sleep apnea at 25 yrs old and don’t fit the profile for the condition. Time to find someone else.

Absolutely - best Doctor I ever had. He really takes the time to listen to you and he is great at what he does!

I was just a teenager when Dr. Raroque began treating me, that was 20+ years ago. He has always been nice and pleasant to talk to. He takes the time to ask about the family and how my personal life is going. It's always a great experience and I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends.

He was very condescending & cruel when speaking to me. He was so off-putting that after my 1 appointment I called in & cancelled all scheduled future appointments. Weeks later he sent a letter that he no longer is my doctor. I had a good laugh at his audacity.
