Dr. Helen Elena Simpson

I’ve been a patient of Dr Simpsons since 2020. My health took a turn in 2021 and she’s been riding the mess with me and is always for the best care for me. It’s a rocky road but Dr Simpson has even called me after hours when I’ve had big concerns. I couldn’t ask for a better pcp.

Doctors and nurses are amazing but the admin person its the most rude and horrible person i had found in my life. its very sad because all in the office are amazing people very caring.

Great office all around. Thank you for caring for both of us!!!

Dr. Simpson has been my doc for 10years. I tried another doc when I moved out of the area but went back to her right away. She treats her patients with respect and patience. Her P.A. Is nothing like her! She's rude and disrepectable. I will only see Dr. S. I travel to see her and it's very worthwhile for me. I'm comfortable with her and trust her judgement. She's helped me a lot in these 10 years. I hope she doesn't retire before I die! I don't know what I'll do without her!

What can I say except they're all awesome there including the employees! They have the most welcoming and cheerful dispositions in the world!

Absolutely horrible. All she is good for is pushing drugs. Refuses to acknowledge particular medical situations. Stay away if you want a legitimate doctor who cares.

Dr Simpson is a very concern doctor, when it comes to my health and concerns I was so happy to see how much she cared my last visit. I always tell people about Dr Simpson and would like to continue being her patient. Thank you Dr Simpson and your nurse who took care of me.

Have recommended Dr Simpson to others as she listens to my needs and takes the time to explain orders, tests etc. Only down side can sometimes be long office wait but worth it.

Dr Simpson is an awesome doctor. She took care of my husband for 15+ years until his passing. Whenever I needed to be seen they got me in. Never had any bad vibes or feelings for this doctor. She has always been there for us.

My mother has gone to Dr. Simpson for 10 years now and will not go to anyone else She won't even see any of the other doctors in her office because she loves her so much! I have been taking care of her for the last three years. I have recently been able to change to her due to getting on Medicare and am also so happy to be there. At times you have to wait but it's because she takes time with you and answers all of your questions. Once in awhile I have to call about a re-order on a prescript

My elderly mother has been Dr. Simpson's patient for years & has been pleased with her. But, and it's a BIG but, the staff is so incompetent! They will literally lie and tell you they have done something, like call in a prescription or that they've sent a referral to a specialist. A specialist called & said they lied to them. I am telling my mom to switch doctors NOW! This is ridiculous!

Worst physician's practice I have ever visited. They try to push for unnecessary tests on patients especially if you have insurance that will cover it.

Dr. Helen Simpson has been my mother's primary doctor for years now, and we really like her. She knows her patients, and she cares.

Dr. Simpson has taken exceptional care of me for about 5 years now. She's kind and patient and puts her foot down to make me get blood work done, then she actually reads the reports.
