My experience with Dr. Kim was excellent. She is caring and guided my wife and I through a very difficult time. It was with her help that I added two children to my family.

Dr. Kim was very dismissive of me when I saw her a few years ago. I was 34 years old and concerned with my fertility because of PCOS. She told me how difficult fertility treatments were and I had a 20% chance (which I am well aware of how that works). What truly upset me was when I was walking out of the office. I overheard her talking about me and saying, "She just got married!?" So so rude. If you are going to talk about me at least wait until I I have left the office.

Dr. Kim and her staff are very welcoming. Going through infertility treatments is and emotionally and physically exhausting endeavor, working with professionals who communicate well, are empathetic and transparent about treatment, what to expect and what to do to ensure best outcomes is critical. Dr. Kim and her staff meet those expectations and go above and beyond to ensure their patients are comfortable and understand every step of the process.
