Truly one of the best doctors I've seen. She is very knowledgeable, caring, assesses, listens and assimilates information to the benefit of the patient.

Dr Schneider and her staff are very caring, kind, courteous and helpful. In all the time I've been there, I have never felt like they were were in a hurry for me to leave, they are truly interested in my well-being.

Dr. Schneider and staff are wonderful at every level, and I am thankful to have such excellent care.

Dr Schneider and her nurse Ken are both kind, respectful, caring and take the time to listen. She is thorough and knowledgable. I'd recommend her to anyone needing a rheumatologist.

My 1st appointment with Dr. Schneider did not go as planned. They put me with a regular MD helping because of overflow cases. Waste of time and money. Called back later and still could not get in. Front desk rude. Thumbs down.

Dr. Schneider is the best, most knowledgeable and caring physician. I know it sounds like she is family or a friend, yet she has been so attentive to my health and my different, and difficult, conditions outside of the R.A. I trust her with my care and my health and I would ask my family and friends to see her as well. Just one more, thought, she is so very attentive and sharp to figure out new changes. Her staff and the infusion staff are also five stars. Fantastic team.

Great doctor he's been helping me a lot I'm taking xeljanz now

I recently saw Mary Palecek. I was having a lot of problems with Fibromyalgia. She was very thorough and thoughtful. She took the time to really listen to me and I could tell that she really cared about me as a person and was determined to help me. And she did!!! I would recommend her to everyone! Brenda Simmons

I have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and was anxious about finding a good rheumatologist when no longer see my pediatric rheumatologist. But Dr. Schneider is awesome. I have been seeing her for 5 years now. She is proactive in making sure that I understand what's going on. If there is something that she is unsure with, she researches it to provide better care for me. We have a good working relationship and she respects my opinions and choices as a patient. Highly recommend her.

I was not pleased with him at all, he would ask you questions and if you tried to answer them, he would talk right over you!! I find that very disrespectful, Especially in a doctor!!

Dr. Chou was very in tune with my problems, he has an excellent bed side manner and is very informative. The staff was all very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Schneider is one of the mot caring, knowledgeable doctors that I have ever had. And, I've had many!!

She spends as much time as needed, cares about my concerns and questions, she always has the best care in mind for my symptoms at the time, even stopped by when I was hospitalized for another reason to make sure I was also being treated for my R/A 5+stars

Not worth the waste of money! I have been getting severe Charlie horses in my muscles. I was referred to Dr Chou by another doctor. My main Dr ran a bunch of blood work and the test came back with some problems. My Dr sent the blood work over to him to try to help me with getting diagnosed. He put me off for over 6 months. Then when I finally got to see him he talked to me asked some questions. As I would try to answer him he would start talking over me. At the end of the visit he says "You have fibromyalgia" I asked him if that would cause the blood test results I had. He said "I have not looked at them". So with out ruling anything out Me barely being able to walk he just gives me a prescription. I went through the prescription for 2 refills with no help. I told Dr Chou I don't want to live hurting like this and not being able to function. He told me"I'm sorry you feel that way" I asked is there anything you can do to find why I hurt so bad. He told me "no not till we know this works or not' He them proceeded to tell me he had to get to another patient. Not worth the waste of money! I seen the great reviews and how she has helped so many people so I called to try to get in to see her.... however, she would not accept me as a patient because I have already seen another rheumatologist at Trinity Mother Francis who was absolutely no help to me. It is sad that I cannot get help with my condition because I have already seen another doctor which was over 3 years ago!

I absolutely love her. She is my 3rd Rhuematologist to go to and she is the only one that takes the time with me and seems to actually care. Because she has taken the time with me, we have finally found the right meds for me that are working for me. I feel like I have some of my life back!
