Heidi M Mcnaney Flint

I went to her for many years. She is very condescending, has nothing good to say about other doctors. When I had a serious problem she refused to give me any advise, other than see your primary care doctor. Since I am no longer her patient, the office is now sending me a bill for services from January 2019 to pay.

I m a 70 year old post menopausal woman who got her period one Sunday morning. I arrived at Dr. McNaney Flint's office without an appointment on that following Monday. Due to the fact that I have a family history of cancer, I explained my urgent need to see the doctor. Fortunately, without too much of a wait, I was able to see the doctor. She was able to do the necessary procedures in her office and recommended additional testing be performed. After much anxiety on my part, I was called with the results. This call came on the very next day after the completion of the final test. I could not have asked for a more expeditious and definitely wonderful negative result. I highly recommend Dr. Heidi McNaney Flint.

new patient visit. Front office helpful, I had an insurance card issue. Nurse was nice as I was nervous. Doctor listened to my problems, something my other doctors had not done. Exam was gentle. But you know, no one likes to have to do it. She quickly recommended a test no one had done and what do you know, she got to my problem quickly and her staff called with results the next day.

Condescending and rude, to the point where I almost left the office in tears. Hardly let me get a word in edgewise, and when I finally did, she told me I was being "over the top" and that my anxiety was my own fault. Actually raised her voice at me. She left the room without saying goodbye. I did nothing to cause this! I said like 2 sentences! I was shocked. I talked to a friend of mine who goes there, and she said she had a very similar experience. Neither of us will be going back.

Dr. McNaney Flint was patronizing with my concerns, talks very fast and over me. I felt as though I was a number and she was always in a hurry. I gave her another chance with my latest wellness visit and she was the same, very surprised by other reviews.

I have learned more about my body from Dr. McNaney-flint then any other doctor. She is the best

I like this doctor alot. Her staff is good, helpful. But she is even better than that. I can tell her anything. She listens. She helps me to understand my issues.

Unfortunely I will not be seeing Dr. Flint. I scheduled my appointment in January. The first available was in the middle of March. Exactly five days prior to my appointment her assistant Jennifer informed me theat Dr. Flint has a family emergency and they would have to reschedule for May. I have no way to obtain refills at this point. Jennifer did not offer any other options. I will go schedule with someone who cares.

I have recommended Dr. McNaney and Erica, NP, many times and will continue to do so! They are both extremely professional and easy to talk to!
